Rented this unit the first weekend in March. Very clean, very nice unit. Had all the basics we needed for a weekend ski trip. It is about five miles off the main drag in Pagosa, so it is in a quite area, but still close to the amenities of Pagosa. Pictures and description of the unit posted here were accurate. Owners of the unit responded quickly to inquiries and were easy to work with on hammering out the details of the trip. Would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We loved our stay in this charming townhouse on Lake Hatcher and close to hiking in the National Forest. Can't wait to use this in the winter for access to winter activities in the area. Great value in newly remodeled unit. Highly recommend this one!!!!
