To determine the rental total, multiply the nightly rate listed below by the number of nights then add 10.6% tax. Our rate sheet and calendar are up to date. We take deposits by checks of no less than $300 with the balance due 30 days prior to check in. Refunds are given incrementally up to 15 days prior to check in then becomes non refundable.

Our first floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom, ski-in/ski-out condominium is at the base of Peak 9 at the Quicksilver Lift. Our neighbors are Liftside Inn, The Chateau, Main Street Station, The Cedars, and Maggie Pond. Buy tickets, meet for ski and ride school right out the back door. Ski down to the condo for lunch and warm ups. Walk 1 block to the Breckenridge Brewery, and Mi Casa.
We have FREE HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET. The condominium is nicely furnished and recently renovated. It is clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, just bring your groceries. There are great LOCAL MARKETS and a City Market/King Soopers/Kroger family of grocers right in town. The unit comes with 4 sets of bath towels and bed linens for the 2 beds for the time of stay. Washer and dryer units are coin operated on floors above the first floor. We have carbon monoxide detector in our condo.
The newly renovated building has a dry sauna, an indoor hot tub with restroom, and an outdoor hot tub. The Upper Village swimming pool is currently undergoing a facelift. Once the construction is complete in mid December, it will be available to guests and is located across the street, another great place for the kids. There is also a coin operated ski locker lobby right outside of our unit.
The entire Trails End building is a non-pet area. The only pets allowed are owners pets. Our unit is totally pet free due to allergies. Thank you.
Frontier flies direct to Denver, from Atlanta, Chicago Midway, DFW, Austin, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Jackson Hole, Anchorage, Reagan National, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Seattle, Portland, Kansas City, St. Louis, La Guardia, 6 cities in California and more than 65 cities across US, Mexico, Canada, and Costa Rica. From Denver(DIA), Breckenridge is a two to two and a half hour drive. The closest mountain airport is Vail/Eagle County (EGE), about an hour drive.

We love to travel! Eric grew up in North Dallas, and Lisa in Denver. Aviation brought them toghether. Lisa is a Real Estate Broker in the Denver area at RE/MAX Professionals. This condo is an investment for us and we take good care of it. We are always looking at ways to improve the value and our guests experience. We love the Mountain West, skiing, and enjoying life.
