CONDO DESCRIPTION
Call this "The Bear Condo"! Our condo is renovated and updated in modern cabin/mountain decor. You'll have many conveniences of home and even more. Our building enjoys it's own 2 hot tubs and dry sauna. The Village Pool is shared but very convenient to have, especially for the kids. Gas fireplace, patio, closets, tub/shower combo, high end cookware, flat screen TV, DVD with small library and board games, will all make you feel like no stone was unturned in planning for our guests.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with new granite tile, tile back splash and every appliance is new except for the oven/range, which is spotless! You'll check in to a clean and cozy condo. Please see list of items in kitchen and other areas under amenities.
The unit is equipped with a gas fireplace and has 2 wall mounted electric heaters. There are 3 chairs and a small table on the patio. We have a carbon monoxide detector in the unit.
We will only accept renters 25 and over and ID will be required. Absolutely no pets are allowed as my husband and I both have allergies and asthma. No smoking products allowed in the Trails End Building. There is no smoking on our patio.

Fresh luxurious J Lo bath towels are here now. Brand new King Plush bed in the bedroom coming in the Spring! Ask me about the timing of this. Snow sled disk. Boot dryers too. You won't find these things at other units!!

BUILDING LOCATION
The best part about this building is it's ideal location to the slopes and town. Slide/ski down to the Quicksilver lift and ski in from the Silverthorne run. Should you need it, the Summit Stage FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE stops right across the street. The COLORADO MOUNTAIN EXPRESS provides shuttle service from the Denver International Airport. Schedule them in advance and contact them directly.

UNIT LOCATION WITHIN BUILDING
This unit is on the first floor of the building. There are only 8 stairs to get to the first floor from the front entrance of the building. We are a handicap accessible unit. Our unit is conveniently located close to the front and back entrance, the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and the ski lockers.

PARKING
Parking is by permit only and 1 car per unit is allowed to park in the private lot in front of the building.

SWIMMING AND AMENITIES
Swimming pool is open year round and available to guests. The location is across the street at the Village Pool. Please bring your own towels and swimming is at your own risk. There are 2 hot tubs and a dry sauna at the back of the building, ski locks in a ski locker area for your ski storage, and there are laundry rooms that have coin operated washers and dryers. Washer and Dryers are available on certain floors outside of the elevator in the building.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Reservations are not guaranteed until final payment is made. Most reservations require a minimum of 5 night stay. If filling in gaps, less may be available. Holiday and other times may require 5, 6, or 7 night minimum. We accept personal checks and wired funds for a small fee too..

We will charge and hold a damage deposit of up to $250 that, if needed, will be used and any remaining amount refunded at the end of your stay within 10 days of check out.

    • In the summer, our perfect day in Breck starts at Lake Dillon for a fishing boat trip, then into Breck for Happy Hour at Mi Casa, then to the hot tubs and dry sauna, and finally kicking back in the condo with a movie. We like to wake up, drive to the trail head at Mt. Quandry, just 15 minutes South, take a hike, come back to town for a concert at the Riverwalk Theatre, and finish the day with a massage at Simply Massage. Our favorite restaurant is Michael's Italian Restaurant at 326 S. Main St. Jack Nicklaus Golf Course in Breckenridge offers 36 holes as well as a nordic track in the winter. Breckenridge Recreation center provides full workout equipment for a charge.

Why the Owner Chose Trails End

We chose Breckenridge for the town charm and activity and world class skiing without the high toneyness of other areas. Trails End is an ideal location because once you park the car you don't need to get back in until you leave. Ski in and out and walk to town. We love that we can get here from Denver in an easy 2 hour drive. Breckenridge is a great summer getaway with 80's in the day and 50's at night. During the fall when the leaves are changing, we love to come up Boreas Pass Road into Breck and take in all the wonderful changing Aspens. We're just 15 minutes away from our favorite "14er" Mt. Quandry. We love to go to the lake during the summer and boat and fish on Lake Dillon, a 15 minute drive North. We don't golf, but we have family that does, and they tout Breckenridge Golf Club as among the most beautiful and some of the most challenging in the State. You can golf here 8 months out of the year too!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

Ski-in and ski-out! On the first floor. So important with all the ski gear. Walk to our favorite local spots; Mi Casa, Breckenridge Brewery, Starbucks, Fatty's Pizza, and Columbine Cafe. In the summer, walking around the farmers market just 1 block away and to the Riverwalk Theatre for all the live concerts is a breeze.

We love to travel! Eric grew up in North Dallas, and Lisa in Denver. Aviation brought us together. This condo is an investment for us and we take good care of it.
