There are great amenities in the area including nice waterfront dining at Portman marina, a great golfcourse, restaurant, & bar at Cateechee golf club, and even a horse farm with public access for horseback riding in close proximity.
The house features one great room, with an open kitchen, dining area, and den, as well as two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom offers two twin beds. Both bedrooms offer ample dresser and closet space. The two bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom with granite countertops and tile shower. There is also a second full bath (also newly renovated) in the garage area below. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room available.
