Why the Owner Chose Emerald Dolphin
We have always loved Pensacola Beach and although we live just across the bridge we wanted a place of our own on the beach. A quick drive from Pensacola and you're in another world - a world of flip flops and white sand beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There is no better place to watch the sunset than from the wrap around balconies of our Emerald Dolphin condo. You have stellar views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound (Intracoastal Waterway). There is always something fascinating to watch from the floor to ceiling windows or from the balconies. We just watched a charter boat pull into Lafite's Marina with their catch of the day. From the balcony it looked like Grouper! A quick glance toward the Gulf and we are looking at surfers swim among the porpoise jumping in the surf and our view to the south is filled with sailboats. The property has a great pool, hot tub and workout facility on premises and is a short walk - perhaps 200 yards - from the condo door to the Gulf of Mexico.

My husband and I bought our Emerald Dolphin condo the year it was built - 2006 - with my brother and his wife. It's the perfect family get-away for both our families. We have enjoyed sharing it in the summer months with our VRBO friends.
