This new & luxury Penthouse is ideally situated on Playa Norte, one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, and just a few hundred yards from the soul of the island, the village centre, with its numerous shops, restaurants, bars and night spots. The apartment itself is located on the upper floors of the new 6 storey building. Downstairs is the two bedroom suite; the master bedroom, with king bed, the other with twin queen beds, and each with ensuite bathrooms. Separating the bedrooms are the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas (with a further pull out bed).

A huge balcony off the Master and living rooms also has the spiral staircase leading up to the 1,400 square foot terrace area (elevator access also) with close to 360 degree views of the island. There you will find a Jacuzzi with a wonderful view of the beach, along with other unique decorations. The space is ideal for entertaining (wedding parties for example), or family picnics with its shaded oversized dining table, lounge area, wet bar, easy light grill, refrigerator, CD surround sound and full bathroom.

Fully equipped the luxury condominium comes with free wireless internet, cable TV, separate individual air conditioning controls for each room, along with TV's, DVD & CD players, radio alarms, telephones, electronic safe deposit boxes, closets, and irons in each bedroom. The kitchen contains refrigerator / freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, knife set, cooler and bottled drinking water.

Downstairs take advantage of the full (24 hour) bilingual reception and concierge services, pool side snack bar, pool and beach sun loungers / umbrellas, laundry facilities and much more.

All rentals include full daily Housekeeping.

Isla Mujeres is a very small idyllic island just 20 minutes by ferry from the relative hustle and bustle of Cancun. Here you will find a little slice of heaven with Turquoise water, white sand and it's "tranquila" atmosphere. The island offers great reefs with an amazing environment for divers and snorkelers. You can enjoy a lot of activities on the island, like the turtle farm, dolphin adventure or just relax on the great beaches.

  • Great location, fabulous rooftop terrace for sunsets and cocktails. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Beach is fantastic and you can arrange snorkeling, etc activities right on the property. Some remarkable restaurants very nearby. Clean and comfortable accommodations. We have already booked our return trip.

  • Hi Cecilia, Thanks for all your help that helped make our wedding in Isla as unforgettable as we knew it would be. Your place was fantastic, hosting our guests on the terrace (and in the hot tub!) and spending a week with family and friends before our big day. We love the island and your apartment and will be coming back for many years to come. Your help with local information through the swine flu media blitz was reall appreciated and we're so glad we came to stay at your place.

  • We stayed in this amazing condo from 12/28/08 thru 1/11/09. The pictures do not do it justice. Beds very comfy- rare in Mexico. Big bathrooms with plenty of hot water and pressure. Digital Safe in each bedroom for valubles. The balcony with nice view and couple of chairs- would be nice to have small table. The rooftop- incredible- We spent every morning there lounging on the sunbed and chairs as well as late afternoon and late evening relaxing in hot tub. Also bought laptop up and able to sit at the table and check mail. The bathroom on the roof is the same as downstairs and one of our teenagers made it their primary bathroom for getting ready. The hot tub is great and can be as hot or cool as you like. The main drag on Hidalgo is a 2 minute walk. Great food every place we ate. The little restaurant at the hotel is good and convient for lunch and snacks as is the place on the beach. We did not spend much time at the beach due to chairs being close together but didn't miss due to great roof top area. Spent one day touring the island with golfcarts- lots of fun. Also went to Garafon de Castillo- NOT the big disneylike one- and had a wonderful time. Nice facilities and excellent snorkling from the beach- highly recommend. Lidda came and cleaned every day and new towels. Front desk and concierge nice and helpful- the staff goes out of there way to make sure you are happy. Overall A+++++.

  • We stayed in this fabulous penthouse, and enjoyed every minute of it. It certainly was the life of luxury......sitting in the jacuzzi, sipping beverages, and enjoying a gorgeous view of the ocean! Our penthouse had two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, three tvs, a balcony, and the most unbelievable private upstairs deck with another bath, grill, sink, sun bed, jacuzzi, and refrigerator. This place would be great for receptions and/or private parties. Any questions and/or needs were easily addressed by the staff. Check out the pics that I posted in trip advisor and contact Ceci!
