The carriage house has plenty of open space with central air conditioning to enhance your entertaining. It is ideal for family retreats and friends to gather. There are four bedrooms and two pull out sofa bed couches. The fully equipped, eat in kitchen has a gas stove, an ice maker and garbage disposal. The large bath with jetted tub relaxes you. Plenty of parking. Basketball hoop right on the property.
A variety of activities are available right here - cross country skiing and snow shoeing right in the backyard. Starting in the spring, enjoy Basketball, hiking trails, biking,golfing and boating. Bring your boat and use our dock or kayaks.
Saratoga race track, Saratoga Performing Art Center, downtown Saratoga Springs, Saratoga National and Racino is only two to three miles away.
