This two bedroom (one is a large loft), two bath condominium overlooks the Grand Lagoon and is just a short walk to the beach. The two-story condo features a balcony with relaxing views of the water and wildlife. Parking is conveniently located in front of the unit. St. Thomas Square is one of the few communities in this area with a dock. Other amenities include lighted tennis courts, sauna, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Arcades, rides, restaurants and night clubs are within walking distance. The unit features a queen bed, two full-size beds, a queen-sized sofa bed, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, 3 televisions, DVD/VCR player, all linen's and towel's, and a full-size washer and dryer. High-speed internet, including wireless access, is available in the unit. There is no telephone in the unit, but cell phone reception has not been a problem. Additional fees are: 11% tax, $90 move-out cleaning fee, and $10 parking pass per vehicle, up to two. Boat/trailer must be reserved in advance for an additional fee of $25. Why the Owner Chose St. Thomas Square
We chose St. Thomas Square because it is centrally located to many family activities, yet it is a relaxing place to come back to. We didn't want a highrise unit, because we wanted a homelike atmosphere and easy access to our car when loading and unloading. After a day on the beach, it's nice to retreat to our unit and enjoy the quietness of the lagoon from our balcony.
