You will love being right on the beach in our custom decorated condominium. From the 15th floor our unit wraps around the east corner with fabulous 180 degree ocean views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The master bathroom and second bedroom also have gulf and city views from their own large windows.
You will have plenty of room in our deluxe 1480 square foot condominium which also includes a separate bonus room with two bunk beds for kids. Along with the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and bunk room, there is a separate queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room which allows the condo to sleep a total of eight people.
The condo has been decorated with a tropical flair accented with lots of art work and beautiful hardwood furniture. No cheap stuff here! There is tile floor throughout, nine foot ceiling with crown moldings, and granite kitchen countertops. But we will let the photographs speak for themselves.
The Boardwalk Beach (completed in June 2005) has quickly gained the reputation as the premier destination resort on the beach. Located along 1700 feet of white sands beachfront, the resort also has a fabulous 2500 square foot swimming pool, two hot tubs, a fully equipped fitness center (with ocean view) and sauna, and a children's pool and play area with interactive fountains that young children love. The Resort is located directly across the street from Signal Hills Golf Course and is less than one mile east of WalMart.
This is a resort where you want to bring the kids. Besides being just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in North America, your young kids will love the Resort's "Splash Zone" with play area and pool. In addition, kids love our condo's kids bedroom (bonus room) with upper and lower bunk-beds as well as its own TV and DVD. We also have beach umbrellas, beach chairs and toys for your use.
There is always lots of fun for the older kids and adults - the Signal Hills Golf Course (18 holes) is located right across the street from the Resort. In the summer, jet skis, sailboats and even parasailing are available for rent right on the beach just a few steps from the Resort. In addition, there is a large video arcade room (next to the fitness center) with numerous video games for kids young and old.
It makes sense to rent directly from us (the owners). You know exactly what you will be getting when you stay with us and avoid the front desk check-in hassles. This is our second home (we also stay here on vacation) and we have worked hard to decorate and make it a comfortable and enjoyable place to vacation. We love being in an end unit because it provides us more privacy (and quiet) when we just want to relax.
If you still need to do a little work while on vacation, there is a fully equipped Business Center downstairs with computer, fax and copy service. In addition, our condo includes free local and long distance telephone.
In order to keep everything nice, there is No Smoking and No Pets. In addition, the resort requires the primary renter to be at least 25 years of age and stay the entire period. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
