Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

You will love being right on the beach in our custom decorated 1480 square foot condominium. From the 15th floor our unit wraps around the east corner with fabulous 180 degree ocean views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The master bathroom and second bedroom also have gulf and city views from their own large windows.

Along with the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and bunk room, there is a separate queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room which allows the condo to sleep a total of eight people.

This is a resort where you want to bring the kids. Besides being just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in North America, your young kids will love the Resort's "Splash Zone" with play area and pool. In addition, kids love our condo's kids bedroom (bunk room) with upper and lower bunk-beds as well as its own TV and DVD. We also have beach umbrellas, beach chairs and toys for your use.

In order to keep everything nice, there is No Smoking and No Pets. In addition, the resort requires the primary renter to be at least 25 years of age and stay the entire period. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
