Why the Owner Chose Aransas Princess
We chose to invest in our Aransas Princess condo because of its proximity to the heart of Port A and for it's more luxurious amenities. Although we live here on the Gulf Coast, coming to our condo just to relax and go to our favorite seafood restaurants feels like a vacation! I am a Texas Real Estate Broker and we love our condo here at the Aransas Princess.

This property is exactly as presented on the website, which is what you would like to see as a prospective internet renter. The owners are a breeze to deal with as well. The grounds on the property are very well maintained, and we liked it so much, we visited again.

Overall we had a great stay! PROS: The condo was very clean and had a comfortable feel. We slept great on the comfortable beds. We had to arrive very late and the check-in process was simple. Both of the pools were well taken care of and the hot tub was actually hot! It is an easy walk to the beach on the boardwalk and it has shower stations to clean off before going back to the room. The price was also better than most other options we looked at that weren't even on the beach. It is only a couple minutes from several good resturants. CONS: The only con was the dated tube television, but we really didn't watch it much anyway. Thanks for the great stay, we would definately do it again!

Our first trip to Texas and it was wonderful. We did not know what to expect, but it was everything we had hoped for and more. We had 3 - 17 year old boys with us and they had a great time. The location was wonderful and there was so much to do. The condo was perfect, we could see the ocean from the balcony and the golf course out the front. We weren't sure it would be worth the 14 hour drive, but we will be back. Thanks Lesha for being so informative and putting up with all my questions!!!!

We really enjoyed the condo with our two children ages 2 and 6. They especially enjoyed the two pools and proximity to the ocean. The view was amazing and the condo was very clean and suited all Of our needs. We would, and hope to stay there again.

We generally go to Port Aransas every year.This time were fortunate to come across Bill & Lesha's condo at the Aransas Princess. The owners are great and patient with my last minute call for directions and made us feel welcome. The property is beautifully maintained with two pools, one great to swim laps. We ate on the balcony overlooking the gulf. The unit is large and designed better than most others where we've stayed - we love listening to the waves from the bedroom. Furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. We highly recommend this rental.

This was our first year staying for 3 months at the Aransas Princess. We found our condo in great shape, decorated with a warm welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the views from the balcony and the walkway - sunrises in the morning, sunsets in the evening, watching the golfers on the new Newport Dunes golf course and walking the great beaches everyday. Life doesn't get any better than this. The staff at the Princess was welcoming and always there to help and answer questions. We look forward to returning next year to our new found home away from home.

We had a wonderful time! You have a lovely condo and the resort was great. We loved our ocean view. The kids loved the pool - we laughed at our 7-yr-old who would just slip into the hot tub with the spring breakers during their cocktail hour! We've stayed at probably 5 or 6 different resorts over the years and this was definitely our favorite. As soon as I find out when spring break is next year I'll probably be contacting you to see if we can stay again. Thank you!

We were very pleased with every aspect of the accommodations on our recent visit. There were no surprises as everything was just as represented by the owner and online pictures. The condo was the perfect size for my husband, teenage son and his friend; we enjoyed the convenience of the beach and the beautiful view from our balcony. The condo tower property, the Aransas Princess, is well maintained which definitely enhanced our experience. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals, but we enjoyed eating dinner out most nights; the seafood at local restaurants was outstanding. I would highly recommend this property to small families of all ages.
