The house has a lake view, right across the street (approximately 300 meters) from Lake Delavan (eight miles from Lake Geneva).
2 bedrooms plus sleeping loft and two bathrooms, both with showers. Instant hot water heater so you will never take a cold shower. Front room includes a couch and four person table. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and full set of dishes and kitchen utensils.
The house can sleep up to seven people. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full. The sleeping loft includes a full and a single queen. The living room includes a futon that folds out into a bed, a TV with DVD player and fireplace.
Most furnishings are new and from Ikea. Brand-new forced air conditioning so you can cool down on the hot days. There are hardwood floors throughout the house. Large front deck with two tables, seating for eight and gas grill. There is plenty of space in the front and back yard to play outdoors. One mile from public boat launch and picnic area.
