Welcome to paradise on the emerald shores of Panama City Beach. This exquisite unit, which easily accommodates six to eight people, is conveniently located on the sixth floor with a breathtaking view of the pristine gulf waters and white sand beaches.
It has been professionally decorated and equipped with the finest furnishings and appliances for your comfort and enjoyment. The main living area offers a spectacular view of the Gulf, and access to the oversized balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or a fabulous Florida sunset.
There is a 32-inch LCD television w/ DVD Player for your viewing pleasure. The master suite overlooks the gulf, and includes a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower, a king-size bed, and a 27-inch television w/ DVD Player. The guest room has a queen-size bed, and a 27-inch television w/ DVD Player. Additional guests can be accomodated in the bunk area (perfect for children and teens), and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area.
An onsite state of the art fitness center has recently opened and is available for all guests.

We just spent another wonderful vacation at this condo. Had to come back again because it was so nice. I knew from staying here before that it would be very clean and ready for us to enjoy. Kenn made our stay so easy. He even called to make sure we had everything we needed. We did, plus more! Great condo! You couldn't ask for a nicer place. The kids love the zero entry pool. Thanks so much for making this another great vacation!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, well-decorated, right on the beach, and accomodated our party comfortably (we had 4 adults and 2 children). The condo was in a great location as it was just a short drive to many restaurants, attractions, and Pier Park. There were two pools for us to use, one with a tiki bar and live music/D.J. The owners of this property were very nice people and extremely helpful as questions were always answered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this unit to a family or friend, and I'm sure our family will be staying there again in the future.

July 11, 2010 We just arrived home late last night from our week stay at Panama City Beach. We have been coming to PCB for 20 years now & this was the nicest condo we have rented by far. Not only was it decorated beautifully, but it was so clean and nice! My husband and I came down with our son and his wife and baby. Our daughter, her husband and their two small children joined us for a few days. Everyone had a bed!! Everyone had a place to sit for meals! Can I say once more how clean it was. I really like clean places. :-) I dealt with Kenn, the owner and you couldn't ask for a more helpful person. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation and we did! Thanks so much for the care that went into making this condo such a nice place to stay. I hope everyone will keep it that way.
