  We had a fantastic time at Christine's home, and would recommend her home to anybody looking to visit the island of Kauai. The home has a great open layout, and the pool area is very private. Another bonus is that the home is located in the best area of Kauai, close to many great beaches. The area of the home is quiet and family orientated. Loved it, Thank you Christine, you will see us again!

  This is a wonderful house with a beautiful pool in picturesqe Princeville. It has 2 large bedrooms each with a spacious and modern bathroom. The kitchen has everything needed and the living room had a super comfortable sofa with a great TV and audio system. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool both during the day and at night. We also made good use of the bbq and the lovely outdoor dining area. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet get away in Princeville. This was our third time in Princeville and this was the best house we have rented. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and ensured we had everything that we needed. A Great House with a Pool!

  Christine, Thank you for sharing your home with us. Our vaction here was one of are best ever on Kauai. We have stayed in many homes over our 20 years of coming to Kauai and your home has become our favorite. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived. It is perfect for a family or 2 couples. The house has a great layout with bedrooms at baths at either end with the kitchen and main living room in the center. The bathrooms are large and provide privacy. The pool in the courtyard surrounded by tropical wall of greenery is like your own private oasis. We loved cooking on the grill or inside the large kitchen with lots of quality cookware. The Foodland in Princeville has everthing you need to fill the refrigerator, all be it at Hawaii prices. Still it is much cheaper than eating out for every meal. At night, the poolside reclining chair is wondeful for star gazing or you watch a DVD on the large flatscreen. The house is only minutes from Annini, Hanalei Bay and Lumahai Beaches so it is so easy to explore lots of the north shore everyday. We like the mornings in Annini and the sunsets at Hanalei Bay. We found a new favorite restaurant in Hanalei called Bouchons on the top floor of the Ching Young Center for those who like sushi. It is alot more reasonably priced than the Hanalei Dolphin, that we loved in past years, that now seems at little exspensive. Thanks for upgrading the beach chairs. It really shows that you take your guests comments seriously and we loved using them. Hopefully all guests will treat your property like it was their own so that you continue to rent it to Kauai lovers like us!

  We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, and the private pool area was ideal for those days when we wanted to relax and not go anywhere. The owner was responsive to all our inquiries, and the housekeeper was personable and willing to help in any way she could.

  Our time and stay on Kauai and Princeville Pool House was exceptional! The island was beyond expectation & the Princeville home matched the experience. A perfect home for all with privacy and complete comfort amenities. The rental process was a pleasure in finalizing all aspects of our trip. The north end of the island is a perfect blend of access and serenity.

• Princeville stay

  The house was wonderful and had a very private backyard with a Tuscan feel. The house was as advertised on VRBO which is not always the case. My wife and I enjoyed our 10 day stay and would definitely rent this house again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  This was a wonderful private property. Your own piece of Paradise & a perfect set up for 2 couples. The owner was extremely accommodating & helpful. Having your own pool was a wonderful asset.

  Hello Christine, Your house was wonderful! It is very spacious and we did not even use the other room on the other side of the house. We used the office pull out bed because or daughter was afraid of being to far away from us. We had everything that we need you had a ice chest and beach toys which was great! Pool was Great also. Thankyou Paul

  We stayed in this amazing home from April 27-May 4, 2011. I celebrated my 50th birthday with family and friends. This was the perfect place to be at such a special time. The house is comfortable and accommodating. BeautifuI artwork throughout. enjoyed hula next to the pool, making leis from the Ti plants and Plumeria tree in the back. We had fresh tropical flower arrangements in every room. We can't wait to stay here again. Christine was very open and friendly and great to work with.

  Me and my husband and two of our close's freinds vacationed here last october. This place was our dear freind bryan's favorite place in the world, the house was buetifull, had everything we needed to enjoy this wonderful island. The owner was wonderful really helped out in everyway possible. We were able to make some wonderful memories here with our dear freinds. I just want to say thank you for letting us enjoy this wonderful house it meant alot to us since it was our dear freind bryan's last trip to kaui he passed away October, 29,2010 from cancer and i was happy we took him on his last vacationto this wonderful house. Thank you so much, Andrea and Thomas Boyles
