'A Place in the Sun' Very nice beach house less than 1/2 block from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. View of Gulf from front yard. Backyard has very nice private pool with 6 foot privacy fence and large deck (12 x 30) for sunbathing. This home has imported Italian tile throughout, all new kitchen appliances and tiled countertops and is very nicely decorated and furnished. Great location off Thomas Drive (on the ocean side).
There is a spacious living room in front of house and large family room in rear of house overlooking the swimming pool. Large master bedroom with bath as well as second bath. Complete galley kitchen connecting the living room and family room. Kitchen is equipped with side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, microwave, tiled countertops and backsplash, fashionable sink and faucets. Washer and dryer in utility room near kitchen. Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has two queens, third has one queen and fourth has two full size beds. Living room and family room have queen sleeper sofas.
Just steps to the beach boardwalk. Beach equipment is furnished including beach cart, two beach chairs, and umbrella for your days in the sun. Beach volleyball located just off boardwalk. There is an outside shower to wash off after a day at the beach. Covered parking provided for one car; driveway/street parking for more.
This is a very comfortable home for a large family or split the cost with two smaller families. After staying here once you will want to come back year after year.
Convenient to popular clubs and restaurants such as Pineapple Willys, Club Lavela, Captain Andersens, Angelos Steak House, Spinnakers, Hammerhead Freds. Also convenient to Saint Andrews Park, Sports Arena and Amusement Park. Shopping very convenient including Wall Mart and Publix.

We were very pleased with our stay over the labor day holiday, we had the weather to our disadvantage but the house was wonderful. All the rooms are roomy you did not feel stuffed into a little box. There are 4 tv's in the house, the room with the queen bed is the room that does not have a tv incase you were wondering, which worked out again perfectly for us. The pictures are spot on this website showcase the house very accuratly. The backyard is well protected by the privacy fence, so we enjoyed the pool with out feeling we were being watched. I would highly recommend this house, we plan to stay again next year and are already looking forward to it!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We planned our Florida vacation for months ahead and looked forward to it everyday. This beach house did not disappoint us. The pictures on this site are very accurate to what we found there. The house is much more roomy than expected. That's a good thing. The property was clean and Tony was very helpful and readily accessible. Wish there had been one more bathroom, but we managed just as well. We like to cook and eat together and this home was accommodating in that respect. The beach was just a short walk away and we were able to come and go as we liked. No stairs to negotiate for the olders ones of our group. We had the time of our lives and will look back on this vacation with fond memories for years to come!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

smooth as silk. all 16 of us were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. great seafood within a few blocks. take the waverunner tour at St Andrews state park and swim with the dolphins.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
