Centrally located in the heart of Summit County in Frisco, Colorado. No where else is there access to 6 top ski resorts in such close proximity to each other in North America. Copper-6 miles, Keystone/Breckenridge 10 miles, Vail 25 miles, and Beaver Creek a short distance past Vail. This spacious, four level, four bedroom, three bath house is great for two couples with kids, or six individuals. The house is a five minute walk/ride to the bike path for biking all around the county in the summer, and cross-country skiing in the winter. You can also access many hiking trails off the bike path to hike in the summer or snowshoe in the winter. Since pets are welcome at the house, they love to hike and snowshoe too!
The clubhouse is about a 20 yard walk around the corner, which has access to an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and racquetball court. There are also three giant hot tubs outside, and access to tennis courts in the summer.
The top level of the house has the master bedroom with a queen bed, small deck and private full bath. The next level half a flight down is the second master, with a queen bed and full bath in the hall. The next level half a flight down is the kitchen/living/dining room area, with a deck off the living room and dining area. The next level half a flight down is the entry to the private one car garage. The next level half a flight down is the third and fourth bedrooms, one with a queen, the other with three twins, the third full bath and washer/dryer are also on this level.
Mountain/wooded views are seen throughout the whole house, beautiful pink colored skies from the sunset over the Continental Divide, lush Alpine Meadows surround, and there's hardly another place on the planet that you would want to be. We love our Mountain home, we think you will too! And don't forget your four-legged family member; dogs are welcome!
