* All rates include linens & departure cleaning.
* June, July, and August rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.

* All rentals require $300 refundable security deposit with contract (covers last minute cancellation, damage or missing inventory). Full payment due three weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded 7-10 days after unit has been inventoried & checked for damage.
* Three-night minimum stay required anytime.
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.

Why the Owner Chose Seawatch Plantation
After viewing quite a few other properties, we selected this particular unit in Sea Watch Resort's South Tower due to it's abundance of windows and beautiful views! It's location was a definite plus...within a mile of the N. Myrtle Beach boundry and the convenience of so many restaurants and activites.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
On site restaurant, game & activity room, the convenient market store (summer months), the variety of pools, spas and the lazy rivers...so many to choose from...and of course, the beach within just a few steps of the pools. Having a security team on property is also very reassuring...the property always feels safe.
At the intersection of I-22 East, Hwy. 17 & Kings Rd., you'll find a WalMart, the Tanger Outlet Mall, a Steak & Shake, Golden Corale Buffet, Murphy's Mart Gas, car wash & more.
On Arrowhead Rd. & Hwy. 17 is the Galleria Shopping Center with a Kroger's Supermarket, Bimini's Oyster Bar, The Office (Italian), 2001 dance club, Bennet's & Chuck's Seafood Buffet & more.

We live in Charlotte, NC, are in our late fifties and very much enjoy living in the Carolinas. We purchased our oceanfront condo at Sea Watch Resort in early 2007 and have enjoyed updating it to its current, unique "palm" beach look. We hope that our guests feel that they can enjoy a home away from home at the beach when they opt to rent our unit!

Our family has traveled to Myrtle Beach for 6 years, staying at Seawatch for 5 of those, but without a doubt this year and Erika's Southern Hospitality made it our best. This unit is impeccable. From the master suite you can wake to glorious sunrises, have the resorts fountain sounds throughout the day, private entrance to the wrap around balcony. The flat screen TV hosted movie night for our family and two other families, with ample comfy seats a shag area rug that had the children curdled up on and sleepy in no time. The second bedroom, bathroom and kitchen all roomy and with all the amenities you could want. Our family spent lots of time walking on the beach, involved in many of the resort activities, but also enjoyed the quaint privacy for a evening cocktail in the adirondack chairs on the balcony. Close enough to shopping that I could get groceries for the week before the children finished their unpacking, but the resort is so nicely placed, you feel you are in a palm paradise and forget you are minutes away from all that Myrtle offers.
