Our beach house can be your home away from home, with a private access to a 12 mile beach stretching from Seacliff State Beach south past Pajaro Dunes. We are conveniently located off Highway 1, and part of the quiet beach community of La Selva Beach. We are 10 miles south of Santa Cruz, and 25 miles north of Monterey, but within easy driving distance of many great family activities including Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Capitola. Or you can just go to the beach! We have beach towles, boogie boards, chairs, ice coolers,etc. Enjoy sunset from the La Selva Beach bluff.
The house is 1800-square-foot, three bedroom, two bath with full garage. Master bedroom with bathroom, queen bed, and sofa. Second bedroom with queen bed. Third bedroom with double bed, and two singles (bunkbed). Our home and off street parking (parking for four-plus cars) is on a private driveway, off the main road, very safe for kids. We have an open floor plan with large living/dining room, and full kitchen. Relax in front of our fireplace or big screen TV. Other TVs are located also in two of the bedrooms. Both bathrooms have showers and one has a tub. We also have a washer and dryer for your personal use. We charge a cleaning fee so you will not have to clean or wash anything when departing.
Our family and friends tell us that the house is a very relaxing place. Come do as much, or as little as you want - and your family will have a great time too!

Balance of 50% due no later then 30 days prior to occupancy (guaranted funds)
Calcellations must be made in writing, no later then 30 days prior to reservation
date for refund. A $100 calcellation fee will be charged.
