Enjoy amazing views and scenery from this truly unique home located on 160 secluded acres in Silverdale, Minnesota (20 miles north of Cook, 15 miles south of Orr).

Property sits on over one mile of private shoreline along the Littlefork River. Historic 1877 cast iron bridge crosses river on property (Highway 65)
Fish from shore for walleye, northern, muskie, bass and sturgeon, or bring a boat, kayak or canoe (public landing for boats minutes away).

Property consists of both cut fields and woodlands - numerous cut trails for hiking or bring your ATV.
Deer, moose, bears, fox, wolves and other wildlife common in area. Home is approximately 10 miles from Vince Shute Bear Sanctuary.

Public boat landings for both Lake Vermillion and Pelican Lake located within approximately 20 miles, as well as the towns of Cook and Orr.

Home was remodeled in 2005 with all new appliances and hardwood floors.
