Come and enjoy our wonderful, brand-new, three bedroom, three bath, 2200 square foot condo located oceanfront on New Smyrna Beach, just minutes away from Daytona Beach. Construction completed in January 2007.
Experience beautiful sunrises every morning on our spacious porch with access from the bedroom and living room. Sliding glass doors open onto the porch which overlooks the pool and has an outstanding view of the ocean, a perfect place to relax.
The master suite contains a king-size bed with new mattress, TV with cable, a large closet, and a very large bathroom with granite counter tops, a huge shower and a Jacuzzi tub.
The middle bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV a large closet.
The front bedroom has a single bunk over a double bed and a single bunk over a single bed with a large closet.
The beautiful fully equipped kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances (range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker) blender, and all the cookware and dining ware to make you feel at home. The large kitchen table seats eight. The open kitchen design is perfect for entertaining with three bar stools at the countertop. The unit also features a wet bar.
If you don’t want to cook, you can walk to many restaurants and bars on Historic Flagler Avenue only six blocks away.
Sea turtle nesting begins in May and continues through October. Hatching begins in June and continues through October. You can recognize their nests by roped off sections right on the beach.
Relax in our family's vacation condo with lots of extra touches including a washer and dryer inside a spacious laundry room that makes you feel right at home. One stay and you will want to return.

While you visit us, take full advantage of all the wonderful amenities offered by Atlantic Villas. A Pool with a separate spa, exercise room, a community room can be reserved for gatherings and parties, and a covered parking garage is provided for our renters.
New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect vacation spot. There are a vast array of local attractions including the scenic Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet, Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore, Historic Flagler Avenue and Canal Street with their quaint shops, galleries and restaurants, Sugar Mill Ruins, Turnbull ruins, and the Beacon movie theater. There are several golf courses close to the condo so be prepared to tee it up.
In addition to local sites to see, there are also more famous attractions within an hour’s drive, including Disney World and Universal Studios, Sea World, Blue Springs, Central Florida Zoo, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway and beautiful, historic St. Augustine. These are easy "Day trips" from New Smyrna Beach.
