Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1996
I first visited Cuernavaca in 1985 to attend the Spanish language school El Centro Bilingue on San Jeronimo, now UNINTER. I loved it there, the weather, people, culture, everything. I bought a vacant lot there in 1986 and built the first house on it, the one bedroom bungalow I rent regularly. Cuernavaca truly is the city of eternal spring.
Why the Owner Chose Cuernavaca
I can walk to so many places from my house. Four language schools; all the shops and restaurants and businesses on Avila Camacho, even the Zocalo as it is downhill from my house. I am on a cul-de sac next to a huge private home so there is not much traffic on my street and the neighbors are wonderful friends now.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Weather! it is wonderful. Lots of privacy due to high walls all around.
