Our family & friends have enjoyed Hilton Head Island over the past 30 years and we invite you to share our joy. Our children have spent their summers enjoying the beach and biking as well as many fine restaurants other amenities. Now our grand children also are enjoying this wonderful experience.

We were fortunate to have purchased this beautiful Villa 29 years ago and we just had our Villa completely gutted, remodeled, furnished and decorated by one of the Islands well known decorators.The added bonus is that our owners Association just spent millions refurbishing the entire building inside and out. It is just gorgeous.

  • I can't say enough about this condo! The pictures do not do it justice, it's just beautiful and spacious. My boyfriend & I recently spent 4 days & 3 nights here and loved every minute. The furnishings are gorgeous, the floor plan perfect, 3 separate balconies to enjoy, a HUGE marble shower in the master bath, a super comfortable bed in master bedroom, a built in wine cabinet in the kitchen & the condo's super quiet. The location is terrific, too. It's a short walk to Coligny Plaza where I went every morning for coffee at Java Joe's and a few minutes walk up Xanadu's driveway & across S. Forest Beach Road to the beach. The complex does have a pool & 2 tennis courts, but we stayed busy with other activities and didn't get a chance to use these facilities. One of the best things about this condo though is the owner, Fred. He was so nice & great to work with, as were all the people at the desk of Adventure Inn who handles the rental details for his condo. I highly recommend staying here and I look forward to my next visit!

  • We just returned from our week's stay at this villa today and it was wonderful! The condo itself is just as gorgeous as it appears in the pictures. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. It's just a 5 minute walk and a 2 minute bike ride to the beach. The location of this condo was just perfect. Everything was within a few minutes' ride on our bikes. In the week we were there, we used less than 1/8th of a tank of gas. I've stayed at Port Royal, Sea Pines, and Palmetto Dunes over the years I've visited Hilton Head and staying in this condo in South Forest Beach was by far my favorite. We'll definitely be returning again!!

  • I have been vacationing in Hilton Head with my family since I was a young child, and now that I have kids of my own, I wanted to continue the tradition. When we first pulled in to the complex we loved the fact that it is a gated community, and right across from the beach. The kids immediately wanted to run in the back to see the private pool and tennis courts! Your condo is absolutely beautiful, and we will be renting with you every year. It felt like a home away from home, and have recommended your place to our friends and family.
