The apartment is brand new and has just been renovated! Despite its great location (really only a few steps from St. Mark's square) it is quiet and peaceful. It is on the third floor but there's a lift (a rarity in Venice!) and you won't have to drag your luggage crossing bridges all around Venice when you arrive, as it is only about 170 metres from the S. Marco Vallaresso waterbus stop. Central heating. Bed linens and towels provided. There is no air conditioning, but the numerous windows and the electric fans it is endowed with, will be more than enough to keep you cool in the summer. It will be just unbelievable to get out of your apartment and find yourself in one of the most beautiful squares in the world!
