The Terrace @ Pelican Beach is the resort having all of the amenities you deserve! You're only a 4 minute walk to the beach with no streets to cross- You have an oversized wrap around balcony so you can watch the sunrise in the morning or watch the sunset in the evening with your favorite beverage and see the night lights of Destin! There are 4 swimming pools, 2 fitness centers, a bar and a sunning deck awaiting for you or go play in the sand and surf! Water sports are great, whether kayaking, parasailing, cruising on a jet ski or renting a pontoon and play-
ing in the bay for a few hours- all are great !
With the 3 BR/3 Ba you will find that you can sleep 8 comfortably.
You can seat up to 9 for dinner with out being cramped and that's not counting the bar stools (4) or the balcony table and chairs. For cooking you will find the kitchen fully appointed from the griddle for the pancakes to the stock pots for the seafood-You have the dvd/cd players so don't forget to bring your favorites movies and music.
In the Destin are you will find excellent shopping, fine dining,
great entertainment as well as access to all the water sports you
desire-and of course for the golfers we have several great courses in the area !
This is our second home as well-we are down often just to spruce up touch up paint-shampoo carpets-etc. so it will be fresh for you!

Why the Owner Chose Pelican Beach Resort
We've always been a beach lover- first time in Destin with the children was 1983 and coming back just about every year until we bought in 2003. Shelley and I, our kids and grandchildren have built so many memories from here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Being able to stroll down the beach in the mornings or evenings, sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise or sunset- being able to see the glitter of the night lights from the balcony or looking over the water and surrounding area- tranquiltiy is what you have!

We stayed at this condo a few years ago and loved it. Everything was nice and clean and just like it looks on the website. They were great people to rent from for the week and truly enjoyed our stay. It is less than a 5 min walk to the beach across the parking lot and boardwalks. It is close to it all in Destin and very convenient. We are planning on staying again soon if we can find a week to get down there. I've stayed at other condos at this place and while they were pretty good, none compared to the cleanliness and homey feel of this one. Felt like home away from home! Nice place! Eat at the old Dewey Destin on the water (off of Calhoun Street I believe), the new one on the strip is good too. Last road on the right before going over bridge to Ft. Walton.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Absolutely beautiful and well maintained condo - PERFECT for one middle aged mom, her 2 teenaged daughters and 3 of their friends. Owners are wonderful to work with - we will be back next year!

2nd yr at the Pelican but 1st yr. at the Terrace- view from the balconey is breath-taking- having the extra suite suited the seniors-The accomodations, amenities and staff were great. Hopefully see you next year. May 20, 2005

We have been coming to Fla. for 20 years and the last two stayed at the Pelican (on the Beach). This is the prettiest condo we have stayed at yet ! It's so peaceful and the view is beautiful. I could see myself here all of the time Hopefully see you next year. Mar 31-2006

Our 1st family vacation to Destin.We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and hopefully be back next year. It felt like home the minute we arrived!From the mirrored walls to the views- it was like heaven. Thanks for a "fully" stocked kitchen even down to the wine stopper! June 3-2006
