The Cat's Meow is a very comfortable home located on a small, quiet cul-de-sac in Section I of Ocean Sands. It is very quiet, rather secluded and away from any traffic in or out of the community. The house was built in 2003 and is exceptionally well maintained and updated. We strive to keep it presented as like new or better! Section I is full of large live oaks and other hearty vegetation. It is very pleasant to walk or bike. The house backs to a wooded common area for added privacy. It is approximately 350 yards from the beach, making it an easy 5-7 minute stroll to the boardwalk beach access.
Double rear decks overlook the pool and woods with a distant ocean view. There is a very nice outside shower near the pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture on all decks and porches. A full front porch has a swing and is a great place for enjoying your morning coffee; facing west next to a large live oak, weeping willow and maple (not seen from the displayed picture)
Two master suites make this home perfect for two extended families. The Recreation room has billiards and stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers. The mid-level den provides a great spot for the kids to hang out, and has a TV with DVD/VCR, wet bar, microwave, additional refrigerator, and video & book library, for perfect separation between age groups. The great room has stereo surround sound. Dual-Zone A/C & Heat. You may also bring along the family pet as they are always welcome at THE CAT'S MEOW!
Please Note: For 2009, the swimming pool boasts a new heat-pump/ solar system at no charge to our guests, saving you hundreds of dollars compared to other homes for a heated pool.
