PARADISE FOUND! Enjoy fabulous views of pristine mangaove lined shores of Charlotte Harbor right from your living room! Have lunch "al fresco" on your screened lanai or take a dip in the heated olympic size pool. While you here, you can do everything or, nothing at all....its up to you!
The condo has just been redecorated and features relaxed Tommy Bahama style furnishings as well as everything you will need to make yourself right at home. The kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, built in microwave, and side-by-side refridgerater with ice and water in the door. The dining table seats 4 comfortably and there is plenty of seating in the living area including a sofa and recling chair.
Main bedroom has a new Queen size posturepedic bed and an amoire houses a color tv . Upstairs in the loft there is a day bed with pop up trundle bed that sleeps 2 guests.
We have tried to include everything you will need for your stay, including all pots, pans, and dinnerware as well as towels and bed linens. There are also beach towels and a small cooler.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. THIS IS A NO-SMOKING UNIT.
Condominium amenities include heated Olympic pool, clubhouse with exercise room, tennis courts, fishing pier, and first come first serve dockage for your boat.
