Arrive by car: One hour east of I-95, one hour north of Myrtle Beach, one hour south of Wilmington.

Arrive by Boat: ICW runs right by the marina on-site. Stop and tie up.

Arrive by Plane: Park you aircraft at Brunswick County Airport and walk across the road.

Relax and enjoy your visit. We offer fully furnished villa on an easy 18 hole Executive Golf Course at your back deck. This is a three par course. Golf Clubs provided for your use at the unit or they can be rented at the clubhouse for a minimal fee. Enjoy a bike ride down to the Marina (bike provided) for lunch at a great deli. Stroll around a children's park, walk to the pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. Grab a chair and towel (provided at unit) and head to the beach (one mile away). Take your fishing pole and fish off several piers jutting out into the ocean.

After a day at the beach, return to a fully equipped kitchen or just use the gas grill located on the deck. Enjoy a drink while watching the sunset or the sky divers above the treetops. Plan to make a date to try your skill at a jump!

Rain - no worry - Take your morning juice to the table on the screened porch and don't forget the local newspaper to check out all the activities offered around town and surrounding locations: Wineries, 4th of July Celebration, Boat Trips, Oyster Roast, Fish Frys, Civil War Re-enactment, and the Biggest Azalea Festival around in Wilmington, North Carolina with TV and movie stars to meet.

There are quaint shops in Southport to pick up a special something. Antique shops galore and the awesome Christmas House across from the Visitors Center. Catch the Fort Fisher Ferry to the Aquarium or the Bald Head Ferry for a golf cart tour with picnic of the nature conservation island. Plan to visit Orton Plantation and Brunswick Town. Beautiful gardens and the remains of the first settled town on the Cape Fear River. There is history galore regarding river boats, shrimp boats, blockrade runners and German U boats and even Pirates using the waters of the Cape Fear River at our local museum.
