Our home is located on a prime lakefront lot with almost 3/4 of an acre. It has great parking available and a Boat Ramp within the community which provides you with easy access for putting in and removing your boat. It has its own private pier and boat dock which has very easy access to the water and your boat. No steps required to go down - just a gentle sloping yard with great views of the Lake. It also has a great deck on the front of the house facing the water with a gas grill and table that seats six, two rocking chairs, and it has a Bistro table with two chairs for use during your early morning or late night coffee or tea breaks.
It has its own private Jacuzzi for enjoying anytime of the day or night, but is especially inviting during the sunset to relax and enjoy before preparing for dinner and viewing the last minute skiers and boaters skimming across the lake. It is great to be able to see your own family/friends out on the lake right in front of the property.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a cook needs from several unique pieces of pottery, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, waffle iron, crock pot, mixer, electric fry pan, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, middle island, large bar, and dining room, plus kitchen nook. I have had guest leave very pleasing notes, "This kitchen was the Greatest. Our family enjoyed being able to cook together and not be in each others way and it had everything we needed, It was a delight."
The dining room table seats six-eight with additional chairs provided to seat four more at a drop leaf table in the livig room and it also has a round table that seats four in the kitchen area. The kitchen area is open to the living room which has a 52 inch TV and lake views for everyone to enjoy!
The master bedroom has a bathroom with a separate dressing area right outside the bath. The jacuzzi hot tub is on the deck right outside the master bedroom with beautiful views of the lake.
The second and third bedrooms have comfortable queen-size beds with a jack-n-jill bathroom in between both bedrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a single bed as well if needed for children or as extra bedding arrangements.
The fourth bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed and a set of bunk beds. This room has a small TV if needed for children. It also has a sink and vanity in this room.
Another queen-size air mattress is available for your use which can be used in the living room, dining room, or upstairs bedroom for additional guests.
