This modern apartment, in the heart of Juan les Pins, facings the sea and a wonderful sand beach, is close to restaurants, shops, the train station (2 min walk), local markets, museums. Because of this, a car is not necessary for you to enjoy all the attractions this historical region has to offer. Everything you need is within walking distance and the walk is a delight in itself and something you will never be tired off. The views of the Mediterranean, the town, and the marina are breathtaking and unforgettable. There is a taxi and shuttle bus service from Nice airport to the center of Juan les Pins.
The apartment itself has one big room divided into a spacious lounge/dining area with a comfortable sofa/bed, TV, FREE WIFI and a sleeping area with a nice double (queen) bed. Double pained glass door to the balcony where you can have a romantic dinner or just relax and enjoy the views of the Mediterranean sea on one side and a charming city life on another side. Fully remodeled bathroom with a shower, sink and bidet. Walk-in closet. Fully equipped modern kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave.
Our prices include the services of linen, bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and all expenses (electricity, water, gas, taxes, etc..)
Other features include: Iron/ironing board, phone entry system and elevator (the apartment itself is on the first floor, second floor in American system and you don't really need an elevator). Washing and cleaning services are provided by maid for an additional charge. Final cleaning is €50 due upon arrival. Security deposit (fully refundable if there is no damage) is due upon arrival. Free street parking is easy to find and safe.
RENTAL PAYMENT TERMS :
All prices listed are meant for two people, for each additional person there will be a small percentage of daily allowance, 5, 10, 15 EUR/day
• 25% of the total amout for reservation deposit to secure booking
• Balance of rental payment is due upon arrival
• We require the security deposit of 200 euros or 300US$ which will be fully refunded to you at the time of the check out if there is no damage occured to place during your stay.
• Discounts available for two-three weeks or more

ANTIBES/JUAN LES PINS
Ideally situated between Nice and Cannes, Antibes has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to the most luxurious yachts of the world. The old town, the Vieille Ville (20 min walk or 5 min bus ride from apartment), which dates back to the fifth century BC is a labyrinth of charming streets lined with shops, street cafes and restaurants within the town’s historic ramparts. With local weekly markets and countless artisans’ workshops situated in and around the town, Antibes offers shoppers a variety of unique goods. Renoir’s home and the Picasso Museum, which contains the artist’s locally inspired works, are testimony to the rich cultural history and beauty of Antibes.
The town is also the gateway to the gorgeous Cap d’Antibes, with its stunning panoramic views of secluded sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, characteristic of Antibes and the surrounding areas. In the summer, Juan les Pins has a bustling night life and holds each year, an internationally famous Jazz festival. Just 15 minutes by train to Nice or Cannes.
The train trip from Antibes through to Monaco and Italy past places such as Villefranche-sur-Mer and Cap Ferrat is a must as well as a pleasant journeys to St.Paul-de-Vence (art's village in the mountains), Grasse (center of the French parfum industry) and St.Tropez (the most fancy place at Cote d'Azur, Brigitte Bardot's movie And God Created Woman was shot here).

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Adriano's apartment. Conveniently located in the shopping and restaurant area of Juan Les Pins, the apartment was casual but very comfortable. The kitchen was complete with everything one could need to have an romantic experience on the balconey with views of the sea and busy street below.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement de ce studio. Tous les services sont à proximité (restaurant, épicerie, tgv,plage...) et le studio est centré pour visiter la Côte d'Azur. Le propriétaire m'a accueillis de façon généreuse et m'a laissé une bouteille de vin en guise de bienvenu. Le studio était d'une telle propreté et très bien aménagé. Je recommande ce studio sans hésitation.
