Spacious four-bedroom townhome located on the waters edge of Lake Travis. Come enjoy relaxing Point Venture - a gorgeous peninsula featuring a 50 acre waterfront park with boat ramps, golf, tennis, and swimming pool. Shades floating restaurant is just a minute walk away. The Point Venture Marina has gas available March through October.
Enjoy incredible views of the lake from almost every room in this large townhome. On the main level there is a large living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom (queen bed), two full baths, shaded deck and an additional sleeping area (bunk bed - twin over full). On the upper level is a bedroom (queen bed). On the lower level is a large master bedroom (king bed and queen futon), huge master bath with jacuzzi tub, second bedroom/game room (bunk bed - twin over full) with wetbar, and an additional shaded deck. This adds up to beds for up to 14.
Stone stairs lead you down to the lake and private boat dock. Here you can keep your boat, try you luck at fishing, or just go for a swim. If you feel like relaxing, make yourself at home in the back yard. There are several swings in the shade.

This rental lakehouse was AWESOME.....We had our familily reunion and celebrated our Moms 75th b-day and everyone had a good time and was impressed about the house. The place was clean and well maintained. You don't have to bring anything!!! Just bring everyone and food. The place has all the needs (kirchen stuff, sleeping stuff,TV,videos,games(love the ping pong table) etc...you need to enjoy your stay........We will be back...... Borja Family - Orlando, Houston, Los Angeles, Long Beach & San Diego

Your lake house was beautiful, more than we expected, nice & clean with easy access to the pool and lake. WONDERFUL! It was enjoyable to watch the sailboats go by while sitting on the balcony. We had an unexpected bonus of deer grazing peacefully nearby. The fishing wel....Not one to brag, but we did have a magic pole! Everyone whom we showed the pictures to thought the view of the lake was lovely, we have been telling all of our friends “This is the place to be! “. Thank you! for such a great time! (Even though, I lost every ping pong game! - it was still fun!)

What a great place to get away with you're family! I highly recommend this place for anybody who wants to take a vacation away from home. Everything went as planned and I may come back again someday. View of the lake was fantastic. Thanks!!
