This Beach Villa is one of only 30 Villas in an oceanfront complex, with an expansive and attractive view of the ocean, courtyard with pool, baby pool and outside shower for guests only-----we take great pride in our villa which is a keeper for our children and grandchildren-----hoses are provided for at the villa both in the carport and courtyard area as well for a refreshing rinse after spending time at the beach. Access to the beach is off of the patio and it is close to the pools with access from the ground floor of the villa. This very large Split-Level Villa includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, with 2 separate living areas (a den area outside bottom level bedroom with TV and VCR/DVD which makes it great for children and a living room off of the kitchen/dining area also with TV)on the upper level with wall to wall large patio outdoors. Both living areas, as well as kitchen, dining area, patio and balcony have excellent views. This Villa is constantly upgraded to offer the comforts of home away from home. This is a definite favorite, with families and golfing couples returning on a yearly basis.
Linens and towels are provided for except for beach towels. No smoking and no pets are strictly enforced. Weekly rates only from April 1st to December 31st.
Monthly from January 1st to April 1st; September and October as Monthly option if desired. Also December for this year, 2012
Our complex of villas are now a gated complex as of 2009. Secured hi-speed internet available. Bike paths abound the area and easily connect to Coligny Plaza, Harbor Town and the Heritage Golf Classic, Shelter Cove and South Beach etc. Numerous bike rentals available withing walking distance.

My family loves staying here! No hassles for me as a Mom. I can easily go back and forth to the beach with the kids for lunch and nap times. The large yard out front makes an ideal spot for kids and adults to play a games. The new security fence around the property also makes it much more private. It's also an easy bike ride to Coligny to do some tourist shopping. We will come back again!
