This Beach Villa is one of only 30 Villas in an oceanfront complex, with an expansive and attractive courtyard with pool, baby pool and outside shower for guests only-----hoses are provided for at the villa both in the carport and courtyard area as well for a refreshing rinse after spending time at the beach. Access to the beach is off of the patio and it is close to the pools with access from the ground floor of the villa. This very large Split-Level Villa includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, with 2 separate living areas (a den area outside bottom level bedroom with TV and VCR/DVD which makes it great for children and a living room off of the kitchen/dining area also with TV)on the upper level with wall to wall large patio outdoors. Both living areas, as well as kitchen, dining area, patio and balcony have excellent views. This Villa is constantly upgraded to offer the comforts of home away from home. This is a definite favorite, with families and couples returning on a yearly basis.
Linens and towels are provided for except for beach towels; if you prefer bringing your own please advise me, the owner, in advance. No smoking and no pets are strictly enforced.
Weekly rates only from April 1st to December 31st.
Monthly from January 1st to April 1st. Will consider September and October as Monthly option if desired. Also December for this year, 2009.
As of May 2009, our complex will become a gated community:-) Secured hi-speed internet available.
