It is three blocks from the beach, which is a three minute drive, and there is ample beachside parking. The town, with shops and restaurants, is an easy walk. There is an easy walk to the boardwalk with rides, games and refreshments. It is in a quiet area of single family homes and outdoor cooking on the grill is extremely pleasant.
