Rates January-February, 2012: $1500.00 per week (plus $185 cleaning & 10% tax).
Rates March - May, 2012: $1700.00 per week (plus $185 cleaning & 10% tax).
Rates June - July, 2012: $2000.00 per week (plus $185 cleaning & 10% tax).
Rates August, 2012: $1850.00 per week (plus $185 cleaning & 10% tax).
Note: rates increase for major holidays and special events.
Daily rentals require a two-night minimum and are not always available.
All rentals require a $500 refundable security deposit by credit card to reserve.
Last-minute specials sometimes available within thirty days of arrival date.

Million dollar views, great quiet spot on beach

Our family rented Coastal Paradise in April, 2011. I would recommend it to a friend and would stay there again. The home was very clean, comfortable, airy, tastefully decorated, and nicely updated inside. It exceeded our expectations. We spent most of our time on the beach and on the large deck with the most amazing views and breezes. The deck was very private from the beach, allowing great views down to to the beach and water but because of the palms, in front, private deck. One factor that made this home and beach so desirable is that during our stay, in April, there were absolutely no crowds. The closest public beach was about 1/2 mile down and all other vacation homes near were virtually empty. We had the entire beach to ourselves 24/7. The beach and water proved very clean and inviting. (no driving allowed on beach). The photos accurately reflect the rental, as said, it exceeded our expectations. The only negative point would be the main road the home sits on is very close to the homes, and the traffic is heavy, this was unexpected. It took a few days to get used to. This has no effect on the master bedroom, which is ocean-side so the noise was not heard in there. When on the deck, the traffic noise was hardly noticeable due to the breezes and ocean sounds. Great place and location for those looking for a quiet beach retreat!

We loved our stay at Coastal Paradise! The house was clean and we found everything to be just as advertised. The beach was fabulous and the area is beautiful.We certainly would rent this house again.
