Completing the main level is a large master bedroom suite with a king sized bed, private limestone tiled bath, a wood burning fireplace, and a sleeping loft for extra guests. Upstairs are two gracious bedrooms - each with a queen bed, one with a sky-lit cupola. Additionally there is an office nook with Internet access, and a full bath with double sinks.
Outside space includes a roof deck with expansive water and monument views, and two beautifully landscaped walled gardens - one directly off the master suite, and one with a private outdoor shower. Parking for 2 cars. Private beach access. Other amenities include Frette linens, Waterworks bath towels and robes, and WiFI.

This was a great home and perfect location. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The only objection is I wish there was a book or someone who could have explained some of the high tech devices. The bay beach was just fine. We did not have to schlep all our things to the BIG BEACH. Did not miss all the hustle bustle of crowds. My little dog loved it. Can't wait to go back.

I leased this property this summer for a birthday house party for my partner. We, the whole group, were blown away at how beautiful and comfortable the property is. We had a great week. We had a wonderful party- we enjoyed drinks at sunset on the roof top terrace. The living quarters were beautiful,comfortable and livable.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
