Upstairs are two gracious bedrooms - each with a queen bed, one with a sky-lit cupola. Additionally there is an office nook with Internet access, and a full bath with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub.
Outside space includes a roof deck with expansive water and monument views, and two beautifully landscaped walled gardens - one directly off the master suite, and one with a private outdoor shower. Parking for 2 cars. Private beach access. Other amenities include Frette linens, Waterworks bath towels and robes, and WiFI.
