This beautiful 1495 sq. ft. beachfront condominium is located in the best beach area in Playas de Huanacaxtle. Enjoy breathtaking views over the Pacific ocean with miles of white sandy beach at your doorstep. Our condo is second level in a building shared with just three other condos so it offers great privacy and tranquility.
The huge private balcony opens off the living area adding additional space to this already spacious privately owned vacation condo. Enjoy the oceanfront pool and deck with wet bar. The condo is protected with a private locked gate.
This two bedroom two bath condo has a studio and a loft allowing additional space to relax or sleep another body or two. The interior is fully furnished with modern contemporary furniture on wall to wall tile flooring. We have english satellite TV a DVD player,CD player and library,headphones,telephone and a collection of books and games to enjoy.
If you choose to bring your laptop we have complimentary high speed internet service . Our master bedroom has a queen bed, it's own bathroom as well as a private glassed in deck overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom across the hall has a queen bed and in the adjoining suite or den we have two twin beds and a futon that can sleep two or three more. A second bathroom off the main hall looks after their needs.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator/freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker,toaster, blender and a superior water purification system.
Your only a short walk from the town plaza where you will find seafood markets, fruit and vegetable shops,variety stores, pharmacies, doctors, dentists and as many as 25 great restaurants. There are plenty of activities nearby like tennis, golf, jungle tours, horseback riding, ocean cruises, shopping and an abundance of water sports.
Bucerias is growing to be an exciting town with mexican charm,friendly locals, a market,town square,and internet cafes.Restaurants include Italian, Mediterranean, Californian and of course Mexican. Yo Yo Mo's is a great sports bar where all the Canadians and Americans laugh over a few beers on who is the best when it comes to Hockey, football or any sport. There are also beachside restaurants/pubs only a few minutes down the beach by foot where you can enjoy a meal and a drink with your bare feet in the sand. Some describe Bucerias as the Puerto Vallarta of 25 years ago.

Hi Dianna & Sharie! Sorry it took so long for us to touch base again...but we've been busy enjoying our summer! (almost feels like Bucerias... ok, maybe NOT)! We really enjoyed our stay at La Casa Canada...and Bucerias overall...so much so, as you know, we bought our own there!! But we truly loved staying at your condo last Feb/March, very spacious and comfortable with all our kids there the first week, beautiful view&location, walking distance to beach bars/restaurants. Thanks again and hope to meet you in person maybe this coming winter 2013? Hi Bill and Dianna, I have been home for about 12 hrs. now and missing casa Canada already.I wanted to thankyou for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home.What a special treat to meet you and your marvelous family.The views from casa canada are absolutely awesome. I especially loved the Mexican ambiance of your casa.We were so close to everything we needed that eventually we stopped going to the Mega store. We found the best produce store, grocery store and butcher all within a few blocks of the condo. Antonio was a great help to us and also keeps everything looking wonderful.The people in the area were all so wonderful and friendly. The t.v. was awesome with the olympics being on while we were there, we were able to see all the Canadian athletes win their gold!!!I hope sometime we might be able to return to casa Canada. Absolutely wonderful! Arrived on our vacation Jan 15/10 till Jan 22/10. We were 2 families of 4 and had alot of room & space. Nothing beats waking up in the morning & having a cup of coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean waves! Having the ocean, pool & sand just steps away was perfect! The people of Bucerias were friendly & I felt safe walking & touring their streets. Would definately recommend to anyone wanting to get away from it all & completely relax! I have had a wonderful stay at Casa canada and i think it is the best place i have ever stayed! I have only been to Bucerias once before for about 2 hours The people are extraordinary and I felt welcome and safe.I went on an ATV tour,and a Tequila tour, All in one day!! ANTOINO was very helpful i letting me know where to eat and good bars to visit as we sat by the pool having some cervasas I want to thank you for making this one of my best vacations. my favorite place to eat was YOYO and the shamrock pub i had a great time and I would recommend CASA CANADA to anyone as it is such a nice place to feel at home. you can't get a bad meal in Bucerias the food was great and The satellite TV was great as well i could watch the news from home. thank-you very much for letting me stay at you wonderful cond and i would love to rent this place again next year for maybe the month oh as for marth and antonio they are the nices people that i have ever met thanks again. walter j barryDid you find this review helpful? We stayed here in March of this year and had a great time at Casa Canada! The condo was perfect for us, we were 2 couples with 2 small children and the beach access and pool is perfect for families. The condo is in a great location to all amenities (grocery shopping, bars, restaurants, market etc) and is at a quieter end of the beach which we really enjoyed. We rented a car one day and visited La Cruz Marina (beautiful) and San Fransicso, San Pancho and Sayulita, which were great day trips and easy to get to. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the large deck and walking down the beach into Bucerias to explore. We would highly recommend Casa Canada and hope to come back again soon! We just returned from our stay at La Casa Canada. This was the perfect place to stay. The condo was large and very well equipped. Everything we needed or wanted was there. The on-site caretakers are very helpful. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to the town center. The pool was nice, a great place to take a dip to cool off. The owners are very helpful and answered all our questions. We enjoyed exploring Bucerias and the surrounding area. Hi Dianna & Sharie; Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful three weeks we had in Bucerias staying in your lovely condo. It was our first experience renting a condo and we were a little worried, but once we arrived and saw the condo & surroundings, our fears quickly melted away....no more resorts for us!!!!! The condo was just gorgeous, and stocked with everything we needed from hairdryers to beach towels to an abudant variety of dishes & stemware. The Canadian StarChoice satellite TV was a nice touch (we got to check out the cold temps back home while relaxing in paradise!!). The beachfront view from the condo & balcony was nothing short of spectacular!!! Every morning we took breakfast on the balcony & watched the whales & dolphins play in the ocean. The location was perfect, being only a short block or so away from town & the restaurants. And the beach stretched for miles, perfect for morning walks. Bucerias is such a lovely little town; we found it has city-class restaurants & bars with a small town, laid-back feel. Just right for us!!! We will always have fond memories of this vacation and we will definitely be coming back to your condo soon. Thank-you for the pleasure of staying in your home. Dear Canadian Friends, We just returned back from Buccerias and staying in your lovely condo. We had a great time enjoying the amazing beach, comfortable furnishings and perfect balcony! The condo is spacious and has a great layout. The walk to the restaurants and into town was easy-either on the street or down the beach. We enjoyed great food--we even ate at the taco stands on the street! Bucerias is a wonderful town to experience TRUE Mexican hospitality. It was an easy ride one day on the bus to Puerto Vallarta--but we were glad to get home. Thank you for your attention to detail (great mattresses, appliances that work, satellite TV helpful on-site managers etc...) and for sharing your 2nd home with us. My husband, family and I went to Bucerias at Christmas. We weren’t planning to buy property at the time but came across this unique beach front condo. It is unlike any resort that surrounds you with suites, concrete and large groups of people but rather embraces you with a distinct Mexican culture that is located in a quiet, private yet enchanting home. You truly can enjoy the best of Bucerias from beach to pool to deck to living area with only minutes to the market, restaurants, spa and more. We welcome your visit and insure a great stay. About the owner: we are joint owners from Saskatoon Canada who needed a place to get away from the cold and snow every winter. Problem is we still are working for a living so we cant get doen there more then 3 or 4 times a year. In the mean time we like to rent the place out to responsible families and guests who want the same quiet hot holiday in a great Mexican location.
Why the Owner Chose Bucerias:
We chose Bucerias because it is so modest and real when it comes to Mexico lifestyle. It is only 20 kilometers from the PV airport so it is easy access to go back and forth by bus, taxi or rental car. The bus is 41.20 one way a taxi is $20.00 and a rental car isd $50 for the day.
The beach is clean and quiet with almost no soliciting. The market and town square is a great place to by almost anything and the bars and clubs are great fun for the whole family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have North American sattelite TV so you can watch your local news, sports or TV shows in the evening. We have high speed internet with a wireless modem to the pool deck. We have two cell phones you can buy a phone card and activate. Our pool and deck is almost always private as there are only 4 units in the building. Our caretakers live in the building and are a great help with the language and even cooking a few meals if you like.
