This lovely lake front chalet rests at the end of a peninsula on an acre of land with a 35 ft x 15 ft private beach, stone steps providing easy access into the lake, a private campfire area, private dock for fishing & a paddle boat and kayak for use at no additional cost. The heart of the home is the two-story great room, with an entire wall of windows facing the 15 acre lake. The great room has a grand stone fire place, leather couches, large dining table and chairs and for your enjoyment CD’s, books, games and DVD's for children and adults.
There is a second play area up in the loft with toys, games and books for kids. The chalet has three bedrooms and a loft providing sleeping accommodations for 11 comfortably.

Eleven of us came from across the country to spend time together face to face. We are all facebook friends, some have met at the trip the year before, some had not. This was the perfect spot, great view and great home. We had everything we could need or want except maybe warmer weather :) We all had our own place to sleep and anything we would need. I know I will be back ....Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a great spot to bring in the New Year! The house was beautiful and very clean. It was wonderful to watch the snowfall out the large front windows wth the fire going inside. The owner was very helpful and responded very quickly to any of my requests. I look forward to going back during the summer months to enjoy the large deck and outside area. I would highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a great spot for a weekend getaway! We have been to this property 4 or 5 times and really enjoy everything about it. It is always in excellent condition - clean and tighty! Plus, it has all the things needed to relax and enjoy a quiet, restful stay. Love the lot and the easy access to the water. The fire pit is a must on our list and this house has a great one down by the water with lots of wood supplied. Great kitchen too! We never leave the place except for a daily walk around Innsbrook!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I took my wife, three children and their families to this weekend getaway and enjoyed it thoroughly. It was peaceful and was everything we could have asked for. It was clean and well stocked. Perfect for a group of six high friends for an annual retreat. We needed six individual beds since guys won't share and this place was just right. Played golf, went fishing and spent a lot of time on the large deck telling stories and enjoying the peaceful setting. What a perfect getaway. The website pictures were spot on. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful chalet. We had absolutely everything we needed and the 8 of us celebrated 40 years of friendship in style. We just returned from a wonderful week at this chalet. With comfortable bedding, fluffy towels and a kitchen stocked with all the dishes and utensils you need to feed a hungry family it was both rustic and convenient. The over sized deck and lake provided just enough quiet for the adults and the beach, paddle boat, fishing and swimming offered the kids lots to do. It was a perfect get-away for young and old and we can't wait to return.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this home. We are planning to rent this same chalet again next year. It was comfortable, fully furnished, had wireless internet, truly everything you'd need outside of your stuff and food. We had two families sharing it with three young kids total. It has a beautiful view, comfortable deck furniture--- it was all around awesome! We found the owner to be incredibly kind and easy to work with. We spent every morning down at the private beach and then would drive to the Innsbrook pool (which did take about 15 minutes to get to). I have no complaints and would recommend this to anyone who'd like a little get away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time at Innsbrook. This is the third time we have vacationed at Innsbrook and access to the water was by far the best at this chalet. The kids really enjoyed playing in the sand and walking down the stone steps to cool off in the lake. The fishing was wonderful and the paddle boat was a fun way to explore the lake. We especially enjoyed the large deck and wonderful seating area outside. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is that the kitchen is a little small. That said, we would definately recommend this property!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Hi! We're the Teagans and we've owned this beautiful chalet since fall 2006. We bought the house when our kids were 2 and 3 and have tried to include everything a family could want. We have kept books, beach and indoor toys and dvd's from when our children were young and added to the collection as they have grown. We even included fun stuff for the adults as well.
Why the Owner Chose Innsbrook:
We fell in love with the house the first time we went out to visit Innsbrook and decided to jump right in and buy it. We feel this is a special place even for Innsbrook because its on the end of a penninsula surrounded by water on 3 sides and has a significant area of flat land where our children can play, something particularly special and unusual for Innsbrook. The first thing we did when we bought this property was to put in a private beach and campfire area. We have decided to provide every amenity our family could ever want and hopefully thought of everything for you as well.
