Accommodations: This lovely three year old lakefront chalet rests at the end of a peninsula on an acre of land. With an entire wall of windows facing the 15 acre lake, the chalet has three bedrooms and a loft providing sleeping accommodations for 11 comfortably. The first floor has two bedrooms, both of which have sliding glass doors onto separate decks. One bedroom has a queen bed and one has a queen and a trundle bed (two twin beds).
The second floor holds a third bedroom and loft. The third bedroom has bunk beds with an additional trundle bed providing three twin beds. The loft has a queen bed as well as an open area to play. The heart of the home is the two-story great room with its grand stone fire place, leather couches, large dining table and chairs and for your enjoyment CD’s, books, and games. In addition, the house has two decks, one of which is extremely large and runs the entire length of the house facing the lake. It’s an L shape (10’ x 36’ plus an additional 12’ x 10’). The second deck is more private running off the larger first floor bedroom (10 x 12). The decks have tables and chairs for eating or relaxing as well as lounge chairs and a barbeque grill. The house has two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo and fully equipped kitchen. There is both heating and air conditioning. Bed and bath linens provided.
Activities: For outdoor fun the house has a private dock and beach only 40 feet away. Fishing rods for adults and children, two tennis rackets and two sets of golf clubs are included. Located within Innsbrook Resort, guests can take advantage of all that Innsbrook has to offer including:

This property is privately owned and not affiliated with Innsbrook Estates. Some Innsbrook recreational activities include nominal fees. Missouri wine country is also nearby with numerous vineyards and wineries with scenic vistas overlooking the Missouri River Valley. Just a few miles away are Reifsnider State Forrest, pumpkin and tree farms, orchards, and if something more commercial is your style antique shops and the Warrenton Outlet Mall.
