Come RELAX and enjoy Lake Living near the quiet, quaint town of Lawton. Gravel Lake is an All-Sports lake with an average depth of 12 feet and a maximum depth of 50! It is 300 acres of crystal clear water great for swimming, fishing, boating or skiing.
The cottage is bright, spotless, and provides the comforts of home, including A/C. With windows and skylights throughout, it allows sunshine in every room. There are 3 private bedrooms, each with ceiling fans and linens. It will sleep a family of up to 6 comfortably. The main bedroom has queen bed and television with cable. The second room also has a queen bed and the third room with a bunk bed for children.
The kitchen is spacious and modern with ceramic tile and a large dining area with table & chairs. All the basic necessities are included: coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer and all the cookware, dishes & utensils.
Unwind and dine on the HUGE 40'x20' deck overlooking the lake and beach front. The cushioned Patio furniture with umbrella is here to enjoy your morning coffee or a BBQ. You could also enjoy the beautiful view and breezes of the lake from the comfortable living room with a large cozy sectional with built-in recliners and picture window overlooking the lake. (Sorry, NO smoking, NO pets allowed.)
The cottage is family friendly, including 2 televisions with cable, DVD player, puzzles, coloring books, a toy box, bunk beds, a kids picnic table, sand & water toys. The private sandy beach with shallow entry is perfect for kids to splash & play on a hot sunny day. The kids will never forget fishing off the dock, building sand castles, row boat rides or visiting the "candy store" located on the lake, so bring your boat or jet ski.
The local park in Lawton is just 5 minutes away with a large play structure and new tennis & basketball courts. There are also many restaurants, convenience stores, and a Winery just minutes away in Paw Paw and golf courses in the area. A short drive to the famous "HAYLOFT" ice cream barn is a must for the "ice cream lover"!

$400 deposit required to reserve dates
Remaining balance and $250 security deposit is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date
Deposit is 100% refundable up to 3 weeks of arrival date only
No refund for late cancellation (3 weeks of arrival date)
Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection following checkout.
