This condo isn't just a winter condo. There is an 18-hole golf course within the resort, Headwaters at Granby Ranch, and several other 18-hole courses nearby. Grand Lake is a 30 minute drive as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. Many biking and hiking trails are within minutes. Heated pool, tennis courts, and childs play area is located on the property, and all are a short distance from the condo. A new grocery store and Starbucks is located a couple miles from the condo.
This condo has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and private bathrooms. The loft has 2 full size beds and bathroom. The den has a long wrap around couch with a sleeper sofa. There is also a small couch in breakfast room that pulls out into a bed. The kitchen is also fully equipped.
