1973 AND STARTING DOING 1031 EXCHANGES IN 1976 ( PROBABLY FIRST ONE IN AVALON /STONE
HARBOR ) TRADING UP TO THIS HOME . PRIOR TO AGE 35 OWNED 5 HOMES ON THE ISLAND
AND COLLECTED COKE BOTTLES TO HELP PAY MORTGAGES ( JOKING ) AND BUY PASTA.
