Preston House I is a private home with a large sized lot and plenty of room in the back yard for outdoor snow play. The private hot tub is especially inviting after a long day on the slopes for soothing those aching muscles and relaxing apres ski hours. The large outdoor upper deck immediately off of the living/dining rooms has a gas barbeque provides beautiful views of the Sherwin Mountains.

- Washer: Washer is privately owned inside the cabin in a dedicated laundry area exclusive to Preston House 1 (not shared by other).

- Linens Provided: Beds will be made with clean linens and pillow cases upon arrival. Clean towels are also provided in the bathrooms.
- Garage: Single car heated garage for parking and storage of ski equipment, mountain bikes, etc.
- Off Street Parking: Long, flat, and wide driveway for overflow parking of 7 vehicles. This is an incredible feature when hosting a large group.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: The large driveway can also accomodate other recreational items such as RV, ski and fishing boats, jet skiis, snowmobiles, etc.
- Wood Fireplace: Natural rock hearth fireplace (wood burning) in the living room adds a nice touch to the cozy cabin feel.
- Wood Stove: House is stocked with wood for complementary use.

- King Bed (2) : Sleep in comfort! King beds with rustic pine frames and comfortable mattress are provided in the master bedroom and guest bedroom #1.

- Twin/Single Bed (2) : Two roll-away twin beds can be made up for additional overflow sleeping.

Some of the best hiking and backpacking trail heads in all of the Sierra just a few minute drive from our house. Take the Mammoth tram down to the "Reds Meadow" area to tour Devil's Postpile, Rainbow Falls, and access to the John Muir Trail and Ansel Adams Wilderness area.
