Charming, spacious stone farmhouse located in one of the most scenic areas of the French Riviera in the countryside behind Vence, with several perched medieval villages in the immediate vicinity. These is also one of France’s great Golf courses in the area, the Chateau Taulane, designed by Gary Player.
The property includes a heatable swimming pool, a brand new tennis court and a large trampoline for kids and adults alike. Please ask for additional pictures.
The very large, contemporary, open-plan living room with its double-height beamed ceiling and fireplace opens out onto a spacious verandah overlooking the grounds, heated pool, and hills in the distance. The villa provides plenty of space for everyone and is perfect for family groups and children. The interior is tastefully furnished in a combination of modern and traditional provencal styles, including wood beams, beautiful red earthware floors, a 100 year old piano, and many pieces of fine art work.
The house gets lots of natural light all day long by its direct southern exposure. The dining room with fireplace is crowned with a splendid old oak farm table built to comfortably seat upto 15 guests. All seven bedrooms look out onto the terraced garden with its lovely cedar, maple and fruit trees. The three bedrooms on the ground floor each open out directly onto the grounds through wide French doors.
The grounds are entirely fenced for your children's safety and also include a swing set. With its heated pool, you can swim comfortably in the Spring and Autumn months. The nearby villages provide easy grocery shopping, bakeries and charming, moderately priced restaurants. There are a number of great music festivals all along the coast during the summer, including the reknowned Latin music festival at Vence in July and August.
Please ask for a complete set of pictures.

Dear Mr. Montana, this e-mail just to tell you we enjoyed a lot our week in your estate near Bezaudun. It felt so good stayin' at home idling in the garden by the pool during the day and dining in the wonderful porch that we didn't feel like leaving it to go visit the countryside or try the restaurants. It is not so unlikely we decide to come back and rent it again next year! Best regards AlessandroDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/1

Dear Edgar, We had a fantastic time at Bezaudun. Everyone enjoyed the holiday & we were all very sorry to leave. Thank you for the use of your house - Bezaudun is a beautiful part of France & I'm very glad to have seen it. Sorry to contact you about the problems we had & thank you for your help in resolving them - Corinne & I fixed the dishwasher so no problems there. Thanks also for the bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived. Kind regards JonathanDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Dear Mr. Montana Just to say a very big thankyou for a wonderful holiday we have just spent at your house in France. It was perfect for our family. We as Grandparents were able to enjoy all our little ones, there was so much room for us all, we could enjoy our own space, yet be with the children. I particularly enjoyed the tennis court, the surface was so good, and nice to have plenty of run back. All the facilities were well thought out, we had a holiday I am sure we will never forget, thankyou from two happy Grandparents !!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Dear Edgar, Back at home. Long journey - tiring for people our age. Next time we shall fly and hire a car. Your home is completely impressive. Where did you get those beams? The baronial ecclesiastical ambiance was palpable. The garden, the pool, the equipment were all of the highest quality. I have a euro bank account in Holland and will quickly transfer any monies owing to you for telephone and three small breakages: a plate, wine glass and tumbler. Yours sincerely, MalcolmDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
