  This could not have been any better! We stayed just shy of 3 weeks. The house was perfect and well equiped. We rented a boat the the time we rented the house and the dock/fish station/accessiblity to waterways was perfect. We are foodies and cooked in alot. The house was well equiped and made it very easy for us. There is also a charcoal grill to use. We did not spend as much time in the tiki hut of pool as we would have liked to as we boated till sunset almost everynight. The owners were very helpful and alway easy to contact with any questions. For future renters there is a flea market/outdoor produce stand about 10 miles north and the publix near there is much better than the Winn Dixie. We ate at The old Tavenier, which as very classical. We are at Lorelies and Robbies which were both touristy. Cheeca lodge was very expensive and not top notch. Lazy Days was probably our best dinner. We also ate at The Island Grill which is fun by boat. Hog Heaven is fun, very very causal and has pool tables and a nice view of the ocean. We had drinks by boat at Smugglers cove on the way home one evening. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. We had a blast! Tory

  A wonderful place to stay for a long weekend, week, month,.........! House is very well kept and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Outside is clean, spacious, and the pool is a great for adults and kids. Plenty of parking for my trailer and having our boat steps from the house was incredibly convenient. Location is right between Key Largo and Islamorada which is perfect for hitting the attractions, resturants, shops, etc. in both towns. The owners were very accessible, friendly, and helpful fromt the day of first contact even after we returned home. A great place to stay!

  We rented this home for the month of February and were not at all disappointed. The owners communicated often by email before, during, and after our visit and are very personable. The house is exceptionally clean and accommodating. Everything needed for a 'home away from home' has been supplied. In addition, there is ample parking, boating access and a spacious pool/patio area. Conveniently located between Key Largo and Key West, it is near great restaurants, diving facilities, fishing, major attractions, stores, a hospital (with workout center) and boat rentals. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone.

  We are hard to please (we have holiday cottages in the UK) and spent hours making our choice but boy was it worth it! From our first e mail contact with Julio through to deposit return everything was efficient, very friendly and spot on! If like us, you want to stay somewhere that is a proper home from home, then this is definately the place for you. The new photos dont do it justice - the house is even better than you think it will be!. The house is very large and spacious looking out onto a beautiful canal full of fish and a friendly manatee mum and baby. Everything was clean and it was well equipped with plenty of "little extras" like sandwich boxes and a beach bag for days out. We particularly enjoyed the balcony at breakfast time and the lovely swimming pool late afternoon which was very safe for the children and heated too. The location was perfect for us - easy to get out onto the main highway but far enough away not to be bothered by any noise at all. There is a good supermarket very near and we thoroughly enjoyed John Pennekamp for all water based activities. More importantly though, this is a place that feels like a real home the minute you walk in the door - not an impersonal appartment or rental house. We have already recommended this place on to family and friends both with and without kids. Thank you Julio for helping us to make this such a memorable holiday.

  We rented the house because it was close to some of our favorite restaraunts, Bud & Marys & Robbies. We were very impressed how clean the house was, and how much room there was to spread out inside & out. One of our favorite things we discovered was familys of Manatees that would come up daily and let us feed them & pet them! It was an awesome experience! Julio made the whole rental experience easy and even checked on us during week to make sure everything was ok. (very personable) We will go back and rent this house again Thank you

  We recently stayed at this home and had a lovely time. It is located on a quiet canal with great ameneties for simplistic gatherings. The owner's were very plesant and willing to work with us on check in and check out times as we were all traveling in from different locations. Recommended a a great place for family stays.

  The house was awesome, it was very clean and had everything you may need. It was a pleasure working with the owner. Very good location, the grocery store, restaurants, dive shops and bait shops are only minutes away. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and the boat trailer. There is plenty of room at the dock for the boat and only 15 min from being ocean side catching fish. I was ther for 5 weeks and looking forward to going back next year.

  I would recommend this home to anyone looking for the "Keys" experience. It was as advertized, clean, with all of the amenities,centrally located, plenty of parking and the owners were a pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to rent this house again for my next fishing trip to the keys.

  My husband and I looked at so many homes in the area, this being our first trip to the keys. We are central Florida locals on the Space Coast and we cannot express how wonderful it was to meet up with Juan and rent his home. The home is tropically decorated, absolutely clean, well equipped with amenities from the kitchen to the bathrooms, plenty of sleeping areas, spacious through-out and very well located for those who like to fish! There's is plenty of parking, a great chiki hut downstairs to lounge in after a long day fishing and entertaining guest, (who were floored by the home we had found) and for the kids and wife, a nice pool to lounge by if not out fishing with the hubbies, but if you are how great to have the pool after the long day. If your looking to spend a week in the keys as we did, definitely talk to Juan. He is a pleasure to work with and their home meet every expectation we had. He even worked with us on an extension since the home was available, which made a great ending to the vacation that seemed to short. We will without hesitation being staying at this home again on our next fishing trip to the keys. Brandon and Heather
