The southern exposure on the large balcony produces sunny warmth in the winter and relaxing shade in the summer. It also provides unobstructed view of space craft lift-offs from the Kennedy Space Center, which is less than 20 miles away.
There are many exceptional restaurants, art galleries, and unique shops in the New Smyrna Beach while easy access to many of Florida's attractions; Orlando, Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, and Florida's oldest city, Saint Augustine, are minutes away.
Our unit sleeps six comfortably in the king bed in the master bedroom, the two twin beds in the second bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in this beautifully decorated environment. Relax in the master bedroom and watch you the channels you want on your private TV while lie down on the pillow top king bed or the swivel lounge chair or pamper yourself in the private master bath room. The second bedroom has two twin beds that separate or joined together to accommodate your preferred sleeping arrangements. Like the rest of the condo the bedrooms are decorated in a colorful beach decor that makes the each room enjoyable.
And there is a Brand New Sleeper Sofa and Over sized lounge chair in living room!!!

Kathy and Ken have been coming to New Smyrna Beach together since they met in college which was over 30 years ago. After travel to beaches around the world we kept coming back to New Smyrna Beach because of the wide sand beach, beautiful water, abundant sea life, and tranquil family atmosphere. Once you vacation in New Smyrna you will want to return again and again!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
New Smyrna Beach is a unique beach town... this is an old Florida beach town. There are plenty of restaurants, but there are no fast food places on the island. It is one of the best beaches for families in the USA.
No cars are allowed south of this ramp!!!

Ken and Kathy met in college and were married two years after graduation. During our 27 years of marriage we have lived in Charlotte, NC; San Francisco, CA; Memphis, TN; and now reside in Atlanta, GA. We have raised one daughter and two sons, the first two have already graduated college and the last one is a senior in high school preparing to go to college.
