Villa Loggia located in the gated community of Destin Pointe is designed to bring the "outside in". You will enjoy nine sets of french doors, high ceilings, shuttered windows and ceiling fans throughout the home. There is custom unglazed tile in the front covered entryway and in the open-air arch columned veranda overlooking the private courtyard and heated pool. The Villa features hard rock maple flooring throughout which compliments the designer furnishings. You will find a very unique, artist designed, stained glass window on the landing leading to the second floor. The kitchen and master bath were remodeled in January of 2008, featuring all new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, pantry, Corian countertops, and brand new hardwood floor throughout the first level.

The large master suite is quite private from the living area, the bedroom glows with sunlight through two set of french doors that open to an open-air porch overlooking the pool and private courtyard. The newly remodeled master bath also has a set of french doors, and features a double sink vanity, shower and jacuzzie tub for your relaxation. Villa Loggia is located 300 feet from the sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and beachside pool. For your convenience, tram service is available throughout the gated community.
