Unparalleled convenience in this magnificent location! As Vail locals, we offer a two bedroom for the price of a typical Lion Square Lodge one bedroom Condo. The updated granite counters and oak cabinetry of the fully-equipped kitchen are complimented by the tile of the full bath and well-appointed furnishings. The master has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a deluxe'bunk bed with a double and a twin. This condo has a Silver rating.

Ample storage and a washer and dryer in the unit add to the convenience, as does the full-service ski shop literally six steps down the hall. Free covered parking is 10 steps from the backdoor of our Condo, and local phone calls are always free. High speed internet is available, both for your laptop, or at the computer center.

Families and friends will enjoy the convenience of the gondola, adventure ridge, and ski school right across from Lion Square Lodge; a fabulous Italian restaurant on premises, and a friendly concierge. A beautiful cozy, yet spacious lobby boasts a roaring fireplace and balconies overlooking the pool and slopes.

The luxurious changing rooms (in the same building as the Condo) with showers and towels, next to the heated walkways surrounding the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzis, further add to the convenience and pleasure of this deluxe experience.

Let me show you the best places on the mountain to ski the steep-and-deep, or how to relax and beat the lunch crowds for a unique mountain-top bar-b-q! Note: This condo caters to guests who want a prime location, but are not concerned about having a view of the mountains. The condo faces a retaining wall. The lobby, with its cozy overstuffed leather sofas and fireplace, overlooks the slopes, and is just one floor above the condo’s location.

Those who want the convenience and amenities of a first class resort with a friendly atmosphere, where you can luxuriate in 2 outdoor hot tubs and pool while enjoying an unparalleled view of the slopes, mountains, and sunsets WITHOUT paying the full price of a 2 bedroom. Lion Square Lodge condo will enjoy our accommodations.

However, those with non-skiers in their party, who want to sit in the condo and look out at the view would be best suited to one of our other accommodations. Just ten miles to the west, we have a beautiful 5 bedroom home. This mountain top location is next to a fabulous hiking trail, with a private hot tub, and is available on a price per person basis for 4-20 people. In addition, we can also offer guests a beautifully upgraded 2 bedroom + loft, conveniently located on the bus route, minutes from Vail or Beaver Creek.


These homes are also available in combination with our one or two bedroom condo at Lion Square Lodge, affording the ‘best of both worlds’…by offering spaciousness, privacy, views AND the convenience of ski-in/ski-out parking, après-ski, and overflow sleeping!
