The Villa Serafina faces the Galli islands, once the home of the unforgettable ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Salerno.
The Apartment "Serafina" consists of a large apartment with a swimming pool, private parking, sun terrace and a large garden where vegetables and fruit are grown. The apartment is extremely elegant and refined and is paved with majolica tiles from Vetri sul Mare which are painted by hand.
A beautifoul garden with plants and flowers, swimming pool (above ground) (4 x 8 m), outside shower, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue make it a stunning holiday home.
The upper floor, renovated in 2006 is very comfortable with stylish furnishings: living/dining room with one double sofa bed, exit to the balcony ,two double bedrooms (one bedroom with included bathroom, with Jacuzzi hydro massage tub), kitchen (Five hotplates, oven, deep freezer) one bedroom with 2 single beds or one double bed, one bathroom with shower. Reserved parking.
The apartment "Serafina" is situated in Torca, seven km from Massa Lubrense,only one km from the centre of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, nine km from the centre of Sorrento, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, nine km from the sea.
