The apartment accommodates three people, but you have the option of an additional, fully independent area, upstairs, which can accommodate two additional people, and is linked by an internal lift. This arrangement is perfect for couples traveling together but wanting privacy.

The prices are for two people occupying one floor, with 70 square meters (750 square feet). This is a very quiet, spacious and sunny apartment with parquet floor, air conditioning with heat pump, and direct access from the lift to the house. It has a bedroom furnished with a double bed, and the ample bathroom includes a bath with shower.

There is a separate living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and TV which gives onto a very sunny and quiet terrace and allows you to enjoy the sun all year around. The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the living room, is nicely equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, washing machine, coffee pot, toaster, kettle, etc. Linen and towels are provided, and iron, hair dryer, etc. are available. Cleaning service available. We also provide you with an information package (maps and guide) for finding your way round the city. The upstairs apartment has a similar layout and amenities.

The apartment is excellently located in the city centre, in a wide avenue lined with palm trees. It is close to the best shopping area in the city (Colón Street with Spain´s biggest department store, the Corte Inglés). There is an ample choice of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. Also gym, food stores, etc.

You also have an easy walk to most highlights of the city centre, including the Old City (Ciutat Vella). The metro and railway station are three minutes' walk away. There is a bus stop downstairs which takes you to the City of Arts and Sciences (designed by the world famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava) and the Albufera Natural Park, which has excellent beaches and is home to a great variety of birds. The metro connects to the airport and the city beaches and port. The AMERICA’S CUP Village is just three km away, and is well connected by bus and metro.
