Year round home that is for rent for the 2010 season. This is a two-story, mother/daughter home with two kitchens and living areas. The second floor has been renovated with new hardwood bamboo floors, new tile floor and cabinets in kitchen. The bath has new tile floors, toilet and pedestal sink. The home will be rented as a single family home. I have 2 full baths with tubs and an outdoor enclosed shower (hot & cold water). There are two decks, one on the second floor with tremendous views. The yard is completely fenced in for safety and privacy. There is a bulkheaded lagoon with dock for a 30-foot boat with access to Barnegat Bay. You can crab off the dock.
Ideally situated for large family or four to five professional couples. However, it is a family residential area, no wild groups allowed. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. You can walk to beach (two blocks), Wawa convenience store, restaurants, miniature golf, tennis, etc. Bikes are included.
