BENEFITS

1. LOCATION This is a Deluxe home for 12 on a 8,000sq ft lot just 2 mi to the strip! 2 main advantages to our home: This home is walking distance to the Monorail (that modern train that takes you to many hotels on the Strip-) and to the Convention Center.

2 Beds per bedroom:
Also, another one of the great advantages of this home is that it has 3 large bedrooms with two beds per bedroom (2 Kings, 2 queens, 2 fulls!) plus dressers, etc. And it has 3 sleeper sofas, two located in the living room and one located in the game room, so you can actually sleep many guests in this house and still pay much less than you would for a five bedroom at a weekly rate!

Transportation:
We recommend to groups with an adventerous spirit and with a tighter budget to walk during daytime down Desert Inn Road (very close to our home) to the closest monorail stop (which takes you all over the Strip) located right by the Convention Center. You can do this especially during Spring and Fall. The Convention Center is less than a mile to our home. We see Convention Center attendees walking down Desert Inn Road during the week. We recommend taking a taxi at night to return to the home, which we have been told averages around $10 from the closest hotels to our property.

Feel free to ask us for details about transportation to the Strip. We recommend taxis and car rentals for your stay. In fact, many groups staying at our home rely only on taxis. However, the home is also walking distance from the second largest mall in Las Vegas, which includes a food court and many department stores (our guests constantly praise this benefit).

2. HUGE PRIVATE HEATED POOL Outside find a 35 by 14 foot pool, which is eight feet deep, perfect for lap swimming or family entertainment. The pool can be heated all year round because it uses a gas heater. The pool deck area is spacious and comfortable for gatherings, barbecues, and lounging. Plus the deck is furnished with a large sofa SWING FOR THREE, GAS GRILL, LOUNGE AND GARDEN CHAIRS. There are PATIO TABLES for twelve and small grass area for kids to play in and a weight bench. The pool area is surrounded by EIGHT FOOT WALLS and the neighbors' houses are all one story so the backyard is completely private, which is very rare to find in Las Vegas.

3. GAME ROOM The game room features a new Black Pearl contemporary pool table with ball return.

4. Jacuzzi for two, huge heated pool and large LCD HDTV screens with HBO and DVD in living room and master bedroom.

5. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM The dining room has fine china service for 12 as well as dining table for eight. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking with quality stainless steel cookware and all the necessary pans, pots, knives and utensils. Also, brand new microwave, coffee-maker, toaster and toaster oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc.

6. VIEWS Also find views of Sunrise Mountain ( and a peak of the Hilton and Stratosphere).

7. BEAUTY AND ELEGANCE This wonderful property, opens with a ROSE GARDEN and IRON GATES. Inside find 24-inch -TRAVERTINE- stone floors and sophisticated FRENCH DOORS leading you to the master bedroom and FORMAL DINING ROOM. Floors in each bathroom are travertine too. As you can see from our pictures, we have -FULLY RENOVATED- and remodeled a sixties style home, full of old Las Vegas charm.

We have kept many of the original beautiful touches of the home, such as the -SUNKEN ROMAN TUB-, located with a view to the pool. There is CROWN MOLDING in several rooms in the house, and it looks particularly stunning in the dining room. There are beautifully -FRAMED LARGE MIRRORS- and -DECORATIONS--. TWO LARGE PERSIAN WOOL CARPETS, --TWO DECORATIVE FIREPLACES.

8. POOL VIEWS A wonderful benefit of the layout of our house is that the living room, two bedrooms and one restroom all open to a view of the blue water of the lap-size swimming pool.

9. JACUZZI The large, two-person Jacuzzi in the master bedroom has ten warm, relaxing massage jets–all under a beautiful skylight. Also you will find an adjacent shower, all wrapped in lovely travertine. Fresh towels and wash cloths for 12 people. Hair dryer.

10. AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING Basically, we have all major household appliances, central heating and air conditioning.

11. GREAT STEREO. TV'S IN EVERY BEDROOM, PLUS IN THE LIVING ROOM AND GAME ROOM. DVD PLUS CABLE.

12. LINENS PROVIDED. ALARM CLOCKS in all bedrooms.

13. SIZE Your friends and family will like this 2300-square-foot house (8000 square feet lot) so close to the strip. They will have plenty of room to roam and feel quite at home.

17. SAFE AND CLASSIC NEIGHBORHOOD We are within the borders of Maryland Parkway (to the west), Eastern (to the east), Desert Inn (to the North), Flamingo (to the south). Our community is therefore outlined by the Boulevard Mall and the Vegas National Golf Course. This is the neighborhood known as Paradise Palms, one of the last large-lot home communities left nearby the strip. Most communities nearby to the strip like Paradise Palms were built in the sixties and seventies and they are of course closer to the center of the action than the many modern residences built thereafter.
