  Our family recently had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful, luxury condo. The attention to detail and cuteness of this condo was such a treat. The owner lives on the property and was always very kind to assist us in things to do and places to go. We could not have hand-picked a better location. Since we had 3 generations in the condo, some wanted to lounge on the massive balcony while others would swim in the sparking pool. It was great to be able to sit on the balcony, cook on the outdoor electric grill and enjoy the family swimming. Our only regret is that we only had booked 4 nights. Believe me, next year we will be there for a week.

  Great experience. We had a wonderful time at this property. Overlooking the pool and could see the ocean back off the balcony. It was like a home away from home so comfortable and inviting. Gisela was a pleasure to meet and made sure our every need was taken care of. Would definately return !!!

  We enjoyed our stay . The condo was everything I had hoped for .The rooms where tastefuly decorated and the beds were so comfortable .The kitchen had everything we needed and more . The balcony was over the pool and was very large with a grill I used . Our host was very kind and helpful she saw to it that we had all we needed . I would recomend this property to my friends and family and we will be back . Thank you for a great vacation .

  This was a last minute Memorial Day rental for us and we were more then pleased with the condo. It was very clean and looked just like the photos. Huge balcony that over looked the pool. Property in and outside the condo was both well maintained ! The owner was very nice and helpful .Made us feel very welcome !we will be renting this condo again for future vacations and getaways and highly recommend it to anyone!!! Their was 4 adults and 2 teenage boys and we had plenty of room! Thanks Gisele for a wonderful stay!!!!!

  A couple of fabulous last-minute, fun-filled days were granted to us by a most gracious hostess. Gisela answered every phonecall we made to her almost instantly. She made wonderful dining suggestions. The condo is very nice, just as pictured. I did not find a hair dryer, but I cannot imagine that anything else one might need was not there!! We cooked with some of her wonderful spices. The balcony was definitely our favorite part of the condo! We could not have been happier to be able to have our pet with us, and we met several other friendly pet lovers. We hope to return! Thanks, Gisela!!

  Short notice-Gisela was most gracious. Friendly and accomodating. Gave us recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area. We arrived on a Thursday & were pleasantly surprised by the Condo which was spacious, decorated very nicely, and located with the huge balcony overlooking the best condo pool on the island. Condo was very quiet inside. Could not hear any of our neighbors. Had a relative join the group at the last minute, so we were glad for the fold out couch-Slept 5 adults & 2 kids comfortably. Thank you Gisela.

  Giesla was wonderful at the beginning of our experience. The Condo living area is small and just has a couch, there is only one, very old TV. There were 4 adults in our party and we could not watch TV at the same time, as there was not enough room. Very large balcony overlooking pool area, it is in the sun and can get very hot, comfortable beds. My brother and I took our Mother - who has mild Alzheimer's disease, we wanted her to experience for the first time in her life waking up to the sound of the gulf waves and enjoy the beautiful grounds of Marvilla. The pool was cloudy and had what looked to be black algea on one end and the grounds were unkempt. My brother called Giesla and told her what condition we found the grounds to be in and also talked to the office. The first thing in the morning the gardeners were out trimming, pulling weeds and the pool people were out shocking the pool and within a couple of hours you could see the bottom of the pool, they reacted very well and started addressing our complaints immediately. Imagine our surprise, when Giesla showed up at the door at approx. 9am asking us to leave (we were still having our morning coffee). She was very offended that my brother complained, you would have thought that she would have been glad that his complaints resulted in action for the better for the property. She was very angry said she had made reservations elsewhere for us and shoved a phone book at me, she also said she would not charge us the night we didn't stay - nice of her!. I gave the phone book back and told her we were not leaving, we were going to the beach today. The whole time we were at the beach, I pictured her moving our things out to the courtyard and really could not enjoy the rest of our time there. Be careful on the beautiful tile floors, they can be slippery, we almost fell several times. I do not recommend this CONDO unit and would never rent one from Giesla again, I have stayed at many, many CONDO's and never have encountered this type of problem or response before. Marvilla is or could be a really nice property, they have had a fire after the hurricane and are in the process of rebuilding and are trying to get back on their feet.

  Owner response: Receiving a call from your brother with nothing but unhappines on the night of your arrival got me going. So early the next morning I drove over 100 miles to see what it was all about. I offered you a full refund and also found other accomadations for you. Both of which you declined. All the photos of my condo are acurate. It is one of the larger units at the Maravilla. The about 400 sq.foot balcony has 2 9 foot umbrellas provided for shade. I have one 6 year old TV with a perfectly good picture. May I sugguest that if you requiere more to make that one of your requests. The pool and grounds are on a service schedule and it just so happen you arrived the day before. It was not a complained that got managment in to action but timing. I offer my home since 2005 to guest and am proud to say that I have many repeat guest and as you can see of prior remarks and the guest book in the unit fun was had by most. I will keep yur family in my prayers.

  What a great rental property. I recommend it. It was everything it claimed to be. We slept 7 very comfortable. The location is wonderful. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to do everything. I highly recommend this condo. Gisela was a exceptional hostess. Gave great tips on things to do and accommodated every need we had. The property was peaceful with the best pools to swim in. Thanks for making our family vacation a lasting memory.

  We were delighted to spend 2 luxurious nites of the July 4th weekend at Gisela's incredible condo. The kitchen and balcony are outstanding. We had 6 adults and did not feel the least bit crowded. We created 4 outstanding meals together (Gisela has a great collection of spices/herbs and condiments) and enjoyed dining on the balcony. In between time, we spent a lot of time at the big pool, the hot tub, collected shells and watched the fireworks. It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend and celebrate the independance of our country. Thanks Gisela for all of your hospitality.
