In addition to all of the other reviews - the condo owner is great to work with, flexible and accommodating. The condo association staff is friendly and helpful. The entire condo property is well maintained. The driveway entrance into Silver Beach Towers is one of the VERY few in Destin controlled by a stoplight. This is a great convenience on occasion, whether driving or walking. The view from this unit really is spectacular and it is right on the water. We liked the Doughnut Hole, The Candy Maker, McGuire's, Hog's Breath, Dewey Destins plus many more. Destin is a great place to vacation.

Parking is not many steps from Elevator and never once waited more than a minute or two for it and then your condo is only about 10 steps once you get off. The Condo is very nice and as the add says "It's all about the view " They were correct ! Kitchen was very well stocked and condo was very nice. Would Highly recommend to any one !!! Last but not least Silver Beach is close to everything so you do not have to drive far to eat or shop. Thanks Susan and Hoyt !

Amazing View

My family just got back from spending a week in this condo and we had a great time. Very comfortable surroundings inside but we spent most of our time sitting outside enjoying the view. From all directions, it's unending ocean. I miss it already. The view from the bedrooms is amazing as well. We also were pleasantly surprised at how close and convenient the parking spot was. The elevator is steps away from the parking spot and the room just steps away from the elevator. We have stayed at places in the past where it was a real hassle to run to the car and get something so this was nice! I highly recommend this place and hope to come back next year. We had such a great time, thank you Susan!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The condo is beautiful and the view was the best we've ever had! Linens and furniture had been updated from the pictures and everything was very clean. Entire rental experience was smooth, exactly what you want for a vacation. Highly recommend!

Susan made this vacation a hassle free and extremely smooth experience. Silver Beach is a great place to stay with your family and is very convenient to everything (recreation, restaurants, shopping...). The unit was exactly as described and served our needs very well. This condo is wonderful and beautifully decorated. The view is awesome, we had the best spring break ever. We will be returning. Our favorite part was the large balcony---I believe we stayed there most of the trip.. We had such a great time we stayed an extra nite. By the way the kitchen is well equipped so you may want to cook in so you can relax and enjoy the view--it the best.Owners are very great people. We will be back soon. A Delightful Vacation

Our stay at this condo was great. The picture shows a red cloth couch in the living room, but when we got there, we found a leather couch! I preferred this b/c it was comforable & much cleaner than a cloth couch. The rest of the furniture was equally comfortable and clean. The views were breath taking from the master and 2nd bedroom. My little boys loved their view and their spacious bedroom. We also loved the large walk in showers. Being from Louisiana we cooked the majority of the time we were there & the owners supply of kitchen accessories (including pots, pans and utensils) were very abundant! The tiled balcony with rug and patio furniture suited our needs as we hung out on the balcony alot of the time just relaxing and listening to the waves! We would definately recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Destin. We also took advantage of the nice tennis court at night! Overall, we felt at home:)

We had a great time in this condo. It was just what we needed to make our trip great! The view from the rooms and balcony is just AWESOME! The descriptions in this VRBO listing are right on target, but the best thing of all was working with the owners. They make everything smooth and they are more than fair in their pricing. I appreciate the ease of my transaction!

This condo is beautiful & was very clean. It really feels more like a home than just a condo. The photos really don't do justice! I liked the security and convenient parking. It was very easy to get to the room and down to the car. Ms. Stovall was nice to rent from. She was very prompt responding to all emails. The area has so many activities and shopping areas just minutes away. I would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. We hope to come back soon!

This condo was the BEST! This is not your ordinary condo; it is beautifully decorated and has a feel of home and warmth. The view from the balcony overlooking the gulf is breath-taking and you are right on the beach. It is located the heart of Destin and convenient to everything imaginable. The resort is gated and very secure. The garage is covered and also access controlled. We felt really safe in this resort. Mrs. Stovall is a very nice and honest lady and pleasant to rent from.

We stayed in this spectacular condo in June, 2007, and I was just back on VRBO and wanted to post a long-overdue comment! Pictures don't do this condo justice. It is beautifully decorated and spotless. It has more of a home feel than a condo feel. My family completely enjoyed our stay, and look forward to renting from this nice and efficient owner again!

Destin, has the most beautiful beaches in the world. From the first time we stayed at the condo, we could not get over the beautiful color of the water from the 15th floor. From a crystal clear blue to a beautiful turquoise. The colors remind you of a Carribean Island. So many things to see and do. Enjoy your stay.
