Just ten yards from the water and with sweeping multi-island views across Maalaea Bay from both bedrooms and the front room balcony, our third floor piece of paradise offers the relaxed, yet elegant, quiet side of island life.
The warm, caressing Trade Winds make West Maui's low humidity weather unfailingly sunny, warm and comforting. Picture yourself dining on your balcony gazing at the near by Molokini Crescent rising out of the blue Pacific and noticing a pod of Humpback whales; or scanning near shore for turtles as they rise for an early morning snack; or walking along a warm ocean and suspending time simply to listen as the waves toss laughter into the air; or lounging together on a sandy beach or around a spacious pool overlooking a blue tropical ocean; or hearing the surf as you fall asleep and waking to it. The simplicity of this genial, peaceful and romantic setting brings people back to our home-away-from-home year after year.
Your vacation home is located on the western side of Maalaea Bay, the quiet side, across the bay from the tourist-dense Kihei area; just 20 minutes from Kahului Airport. We have made an effort to anticipate our guests' needs and make them feel at home in fresh and clean surroundings. Over the past year, we have completely refurbished our large 1100 sq. ft condominium with new paint top to bottom and furnishings including: furniture, rugs, art, appliances, side-by-side refrigerator, new cabinets, countertop appliances, nice towels and bed linens and colorful beach towels for your use. If you love to cook and entertain, the kitchen is fully equipped; other equipment and supplies for house keeping are supplied. If needed, weekly cleaning services can be arranged.

We stayed at this condo in October 2010 and it was fantastic. Very clean and beautiful views. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. I highly recommend it. The condo is great for families, there is lots of space and again the view is nothing short of spectacular.

We just returned from a week long stay at this condo and it was wonderful. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the "window" room as they called it and we loved the convenience of staying in Maalaea. It was so close to everything! The photos are spot on and you can't believe the view when you first walk in. The condo was clean with everything you need for a great time at the beach: mats, coolers, towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella is there. That made our time at the beach inexpensive and so much fun! I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking to have a great place to come home to at night after a long day of adventures on the island. Sitting on the lanai and enjoying a Mai Tai was wonderful and the sound of the ocean being so close was great. We appreciated that there were lots of DVDs to choose from and the cable TV and internet were handy as well. One thing to note is that you will need to go to the store right away and get nearly everything you need for a comfortable stay including shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish/dishwasher soap, trash bags, cooking spices, etc. Knowing the extent of what we needed before we got there would be the only constructive feedback I have. We can't wait to come back!

My wife and I have stayed at the Millowai several times. This unit is located closest to the ocean with 180% views. We watched over 100 whales right from the balcony. Recommend it highly! Steve & Kelley Camarillo Calif

From the moment we unlocked the door to this condo and it's spectacular view of Maui's beautiful ocean we knew that we were going to enjoy our nine days in Maui. Our three daughters were thrilled to sleep in what they called the glass room over the ocean. My husband & I were equally pleased with the master bedroom & it's extremely comfortable king bed, our own bath/shower all behind closed doors. We saved a lot of money by eating some of our meals in & packing lunches/snacks to go. It is clean with all the comforts of home. We were able to walk to the harbor to catch our morning snorkel boat "The Lani Kai" & across the street to the Maui Ocean Aquarium where we saw a shark being born during our visit. There is a also a family fun center with miniature golf,bumper boats,extreme trampoline & rock climbing wall which delighted our kids. This condo is centrally located on the island & a 10-15 minute drive in either direction took us to some amazing places Kihei, Wailea, Lahaina & Kanapali for surfing, parasailing, shopping, dinning and swimming at some amazing beaches along the way.The Waterfront Restaurants/bar is on the first floor & serves incredible seafood dishes as well as the Maalea Grill across the St. We will always stay here when in Maui.
